Great condo!

We stayed a week and it was wonderful. The location to the beach and pool was perfect. We would totally recommend this condo.

View is fine with shrub and tree obstruction somewhat but that makes it a little more privateAll else was good

Family Beach stay

The location was excellent. Very close to food and stores. The view of the beach was amazing. The pool was heated and nice. The building was in really good condition and the condo was in excellent condition.

Perfect location

loved 2nd floor location enabling us to just use stairs rather than wait for elevator. Also the unit is at the end of the building so no one is walking by.

It is a great place and experience but the unit/condo, needs pest control because we saw about 4 cockroaches in the unit and more outside in the condominium.

Amazing Condo on the beach in 30a

This condo was better than expected. The location was absolutely perfect. It’s difficult to find a condo on the beach in 30a. The second floor was perfect where you could go down the stairs and not wait for the elevator. Also the views from the balcony felt private with the greenery covering the tourist. It felt like we were in paradise. The condo was well stocked and furnished beautifully. It was a perfect vacation getaway. I’d give this place 10 out of 5 stars. The host and management crew were the easiest to work with. Don’t hesitate to book!

Great location, nice condo on the beach.

Easy walk to the beach from second floor down one flight of stairs, next to pool. No major complaints...A little pool noise from time to time as expected. A couple of Palmeto bugs during the 4 day stay, could use some treatment inside and around the building grounds. Master bath light/fan went out initially. Figured out the GFCI breaker is only on the other bathroom outlet, both on same circuit. Reset and problem solved. Master king size bed very comfortable. Overall a fantastic location with everthing you need and close to many restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!
