The Space:

Cheerfully decorated and comfortably cool, this condo brings the views of the ocean straight to you. Enjoy it from your extra-long private balcony that's furnished for looking out on the waves over morning coffee. The full kitchen features full-size appliances, as well as a breakfast bar perfect for casual meals before heading down to the beach. The condo is completely oceanfront, so it won't be far to walk. The private washer/dryer set will ensure that your bathing suit is ready when you are. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan for guest comfort, and room-darkening shades provide a peaceful sleep.



Guests can enjoy access to a shared pool and outdoor shower during their stay.



THINGS TO KNOW

Parking will be limited to 1 car per unit.  There is a $35+tax fee for parking at One Seagrove Place. VRPAccess system will send guests a registration email to register and pay for their parking passes online.

No golf carts, trailers, jet skis, or boats allowed.

The living room sofabed provides an extra sleeping space.

Beach service is not included. Beach chairs are available to rent with the vendor on the beach.



A significant property improvement project will start November 1st, with possible staging process beginning in September -

Pool Closure – The 40-year-old pool is being completely renovated and will be unavailable during this phase. We expect it to re-open in early Spring 2027.

Limited Beach Walkway Access – The direct beach walkway may shift at times with construction paths. When needed, guests will be directed to the public access walkway immediately next to the building.

Construction Noise – Expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours, with some phases louder than others.

Bicycle Storage - Effective September 8, on-site bike rentals and bicycle storage will be unavailable as the property prepares for upcoming construction. Guests who plan to bring their own bicycles will need to keep them securely stored on or with their vehicle throughout their stay, as bicycles are not permitted inside the building. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware per the HOA there is a $35 vehicle registration fee that covers your parking pass.  Guest will be sent a registration email prior to arrival to complete and pay the parking fee.
