3. Grilling using the Weber BBQ on the terrace while drinking a glass of red wine and margaritas looking out at the Sea of Cortez.
4. Playing tennis and getting lessons from the onsite tennis pros.
5. Fine-tuning my frozen margarita recipe! * Use fresh limes NOT margarita mix. There is a lime hand squeezer/juicer in the unit. Recipe follows below.
Jana's Signature Grapefruit Jalapeno Frozen Margarita Recipe:
1) Fill blender with ice
2) Add 3/4 cup of tequila
3) Add 1/3 cup of triple sec
4) Add the juice of SIX-SEVEN limes (Use hand juicer.)
5) Add the flesh of ONE grapefruit (Remove all rind)
6) Add jalapeno to taste
It does not get better than this! ENJOY!

It is hard to believe we have owned 3507 for 10 years already. This has been one of the best real estate purchases we have ever made.
It is such a superb luxurious full-service property with deeded ownership it was a natural transition for us from the unpredictability of timeshare accommodations and we were no longer enamored with the timeshare resort environment.
Beachfront, full-service (on-site restaurants, gym, spa, maid-service, IT department, maintenance, security, etc.) and ownership were priorities for us.
As Medano Beach is regarded as one of the most swim-able beaches in Cabo San Lucus, and being conveniently located to downtown (walking distance) and proximal to Walmart and Costco, sealed the deal for us buying at Villa la Estancia.
We hope you love it as much as we do!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad
One of the things I truly enjoy is having my morning coffee on the balcony, looking out at the Sea of Cortez and reading the local daily papers 'Daily News'. Of course having a huge section of Medano Beach exclusively dedicated to La Estancia owners and guests is wonderful too!
