Out stay was great, home clean and neat. Everything that we needed was available. The bunk room / game room was a fun place for the younger people and the pool was used to relax in after a long day at the softball games.

Great!

The house was just as the pictures showed. It was clean, the beds very comfortable, and the hot tub perfect for the cooler evenings. Easy to get to and from the airport and around Sacramento.

Fantastic Sacramento Area Home

What a fantastic home! The house was absolutely perfect for our family! The kids adored staying in the game room and playing in the pool. The hot tub and outdoor sitting areas were perfection! It was so easy to get to all of Sacramento from this home. We highly recommend this home and will be looking for opportunities to stay here again!

The time in the backyard was very nice. We had one 3 year old with us (grandchild) and felt safe around the pool. The pools was cold so we did not use it. But we enjoyed the hot-tub. Very nice place to be with our family which include myself, my husband, two adult sons, their spouses and one little person. We had everything we needed.

Needs some improvement

Updated, nice house. Backyard needed to be cleaned/fixed up, not as pictured. When we arrived there was trash left in the master bathroom. Blankets on the top bunk beds smelled like mildew. No soap in the bathroom and kitchen. Fence broken, that was a bit uncomfortable being next to what looked like an abandoned house.

Hot tub was underfilled and couldn't be used. Pool had no heat or solar cover. Couldn't be used in the fall months. BBQ grill had no propane and grill itself was filthy. Backyard was unkempt and need a cleanup. Missing lamp shades in living room and bedroom. Bistro lights outside didn't work. Broken dirty couches and chairs, dirty ripped pillows in the living room. Overall house was much smaller than the pictures represent

The house is great for large groups. While the hosts were friendly and polite, they were inadequate communicators. They never responded to a request to arrive an hour early (so we could check in before attending a family function - so we went to the event and arrived in the dark, during a storm), they didn't leave any lights on, and they gave us the wrong entry code for the front door. Understandably, this was extremely stressful. The hosts were not responsive to requests to solve the problem until after I called VRBO hot-line. And they never apologized for the trouble and stress. I will not rent with them again.
