Just one block to the private entry beach, clubhouse restaurant/bar, and gulf-side pool! FREE miniature golf right outside the back fenced-in patio. Enjoy 11 pools inside our gated complex, several tennis courts, a gym, vending/ice machines, shuffleboard, a playground, dog stations, and much more! Our beach home includes pool toys, 3 bicycles, a gas grill, an air fryer, a donut maker, a waffle stick maker, an egg cooker, a crockpot, a Keurig coffee station, stainless steel appliances, a George Foreman grill, an air compressor, all cooking utensils you would ever need, an outdoor shower (to get ALL the sand off or wash your pets), balcony seating area, very rare fenced in back patio and many more things being added every month!

Walking distance to Rockit Lanes (bowling/arcade/roller skating), Applebee's, Subway, Waffle House, multiple bars, post office, beach access, and many more restaurants & activities!

NOTES:
Please note prior to booking there is a 25+ age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay.

No street-legal rental golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.

No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.

Check In Time is 4 pm check out time is 10 AM.

We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply.

PCB Vacation

This property was great, as advertised. We loved the free Putt Putt course right outside our back door. The location is perfect, lots of restaurants nearby, and the private ocean entry was great. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We love PCB in October and the house was perfect. I loved the adjoining bathroom off the master bedroom. Kids loved the bunks too! Great time, will definitely return.

Birthday Vacay.

Myself and 2 of my friends had a great time in PCB for my birthday. The place was very nice and comfortable. The outdoor courtyard was enjoyed by all. Attentive and friendly host with this property. .

Clean convenient and so many useful things

The host has clear instructions for everything. For us the amount of beach stuff was so nice. Chairs, floats, cooler, snorkels and masks and a carrier to lug it all around in.

Family Beach Trip

We stayed there with my husband’s parents, our children and dog. Location was great, loved the access to the pool and easy walk to the beach. The accommodations were mostly as advertised; however, we did not find out until we arrived that our dog was not allowed upstairs where the bedrooms are. Our dog is spoiled and used to sleeping in the same room as us. It wasn’t a big deal but my husband did end up sleeping downstairs on the couch, so the dog wouldn’t fuss at night. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall a good spot to vacation.

Very nice place with lots of activities near. Had everything we needed for cooking. The 3 bathrooms was nice for are bigger family of 6. Upstairs patio was nice besides the furniture could use some repair so you could use it to its full potential. The fenced-in back patio was great for our dog. Only complaints we have was the small broom was very insufficient. And there was a few bugs that we encountered. Everything else was great!!!

Master bedroom shower way too small. Main floor level floor was dirty, my grandson's feet got dirty within minutes. The front storm door started coming apart went starting to bring things in. It's a nice set up. The closet by the entry door had wet smelly mops in it. The broom to use for sweeping was small as a Childs broom dustpan broken also. May return later in the future.?

Perfect For Us And Our Doggies!!

This unit was very clean on arrival. Pictures as advertised. Perfect for our dogs. Putt putt right outside the back. One pool just a few steps away. 5 minute easy walk to the beach. Many extra amenities not typically provided. Host was very kind and helpful from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend!

Vacation

The property was as described. It was clean upon arrival. Lots of extras compared to other places I’ve rented such as grill with gas, hand towels in kitchen, lots of kitchen utensils, even w tips! Convenient location. Property has lots of amenities. Great price too!!

We are originally from Kansas City MO and recently purchased this townhouse in 2023. We poured our heart and soul into providing a pristine vacation property that our own family stays in when it is not rented. We purchased this property with the idea that travelers LOVE to bring their pets on vacation. We picked out this specific property because it is only one of very few that has a private fenced-in back patio which is perfect for pets. Our complex is also gated/secured with 1 designated parking spot directly at the front door. We decided against purchasing at the towers directly on the beach because of the horror stories we heard about broken elevators, loud parties, hard-to-find parking, and complicated check-ins among many other things that would make the stay more work than vacation.

Our townhome and complex is very quiet and has the most amenities of any other complex in the area. We feel extremely safe here and away from the crowds and craziness that can sometimes overtake PCB. Plus we are only one block from the private beach entry, private beach pool, and clubhouse/bar!
