Overall, this was an excellent place to stay. It is close to downtown Traverse City and a nice area to walk around. I would suggest the following to make guests stay even better- a full length mirror in at least one bedroom , and beach towels (the welcome book/ instruction book indicates that beach towels are available but they are not) Thanks for a great stay and very responsive host!

This property was lovely, clean, comfortable, and at a great location close to everything. The beds were great. All of questions were promptly and pleasantly replied to. We recommend it to all ages wanting to stay in Traverse City.

Easy to find and park, and check in was also easy. It was a great home base for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids.

Everything was great. The location was good, close to the grocery store, and we were even able to park in the garage. Perfect for a group of six.

This property is in a good location. A close drive to the front street shopping and to the water. This property was clean, and the furniture was comfortable. This unit had four beds and three of them were good, but the double bed needs to be replaced. The issue we found was the upkeep of the unit. The kitchen table was stained and the rug under the table was also stained. The walls had several scuff marks. This was at odds with the other furnishings, as they were well kept. The main problem is accessing the house from the garage. If you locked the door inside the unit to the stairwell that leads to the garage, you could not get back into the unit from the garage because the door only unlocks from inside the unit. For security, we lock the door at the top of the stairwell since the garage door did not lock. This meant the garage was not useful, as you had to walk to the front door to get back into the unit. I would say if they addressed these problems, this was a good unit for the money.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described- clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect! Check-in was seamless, and the host was friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything for a smooth trip.

Beautiful place to stay

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, well-located home. Very close to boardman lake, downtown, and some great places to eat and drink. Highly recommended!

Amazing Stay!

This was a relaxing and enjoyable weekend and our accommodations were fantastic- clean and spacious. The attention to detail in each room is amazing and communication with the host was simply- quick response too! Completely recommend a stay here- close to bike rentals restaurants and great walking/running trail.

Girls getaway

Very nice place, worked great for family of 5. Was clean and stocked with basics. Very convenient to town and beach. Host was very responsive… had one minor maintenance issue and someone was out to fix it within an hour.

TC Stay

Many great things about this Vrbo. The location, cleanliness, communication, coziness and bed comfort. Our grandsons discovered the rock climbing place which was literally just behind our condo and what fun that was for them. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Well appointed

Nice three bedroom condo in great location. Right on the bike trail with three bike shops surrounding it. About a mile walk from Front St and the beach. House had everything you need and a great garage which was good for storing bikes. We had a really good stay.
