Great location and a beautiful property! The host was so kind to think of the little extras that made us comfortable. Beds are extremely comfortable!I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a great stay! Home was cute, clean, and as described. Not much communication with the host was needed, but they responded almost immediately when messaged. Location was quiet and a 10-15 minute brisk walk to downtown. Would stay again!

The property is lovely and spacious. Very close to downtown. There's a market 1 block away. The host is extremely helpful and responsive. Had an amazing stay. And having a garage to use was extremely nice as we had Ebikes to store during our stay.

We had a great time in Ivy House. It was clean and the beds were comfortable which is a big deal for us. The check-in process was seamless as well as the communication with property management. We would stay here again should we ever come back to Traverse City.

Girls trip

The townhouse was beautiful and walking distance to a bakery , grocery store and bar made iour stay even nicer.

Perfect spot for a family getaway

This place was perfect for me, my sister, brother, mom, and two nephews. Walking distance to the beach, and lots of good restaurants. The beds are super comfortable and it was so nice to have three bathrooms. The host was communicative, and the rental was super clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Townhouse

Townhouse was very clean & nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The check in process was very smooth. We enjoyed our visit.

House was in immaculate condition. Garage CAN fit a large vehicle (we brought a Rivian R1S), but it'll be tight. Overall, would absolutely stay again on subsequent trips to TC. Thanks!

Winter Hometown Visit

Great stay for a winter hometown visit. Comfortable for the 4 of us. Good central location for the events my family was in town for. Host quickly reapnded with questions we had. Would stay again!
