Great place for a vacation with kids and dogs. We spent most the time out and about, a good place to stay between Traverse City and Suttons Bay.

Great space for a family gathering. Quiet area, nice deck and grill to use, sufficient and comfortable space. Good location to visit the many sites nearby like Traverse City, old Mission Peninsula, and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Good communication with host.

Mary, a quiet setting with a proper deck and grill is exactly what makes a family gathering feel effortless, and having Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes within reach is a hard combination to beat. Hope the next occasion brings you back this way.

Best place to stay, cozy for a family of 6. Right by the U-pick cherries. Quiet and private neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful area!

We had a great time at this property! We went golfing at Bay Meadows family golf course, to the beach, Downtown Traverse City, and much more. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

Perfect Michigan getaway

We had a lovely time up north. The red barn home was everything we were looking for in a place to lay our heads after long days of sightseeing. It was such a peaceful location but close enough to all of the places we headed to. Would stay again!!

Great location for a family getaway

We really enjoyed staying at Red Timbers. It's in a great location, peaceful and secluded. And not far from many attractions including; Sleeping Bear Dunes, Fishtown, kayaking, golf, downtown TC, and Timberlee Hills. Plenty of room for our dogs and family.

A great house in Traverse City!

We enjoyed our stay here! The property was very clean and spacious. A great location to get to nearby wineries and restaurants. It was a good base to explore all the surrounding cities as well. A huge bonus that it was pet friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Family trip

We had a great time in the Traverse City area! Our stay at Red Timbers was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location was great and so many fun places were easily accessible. Would stay there again!

Great home for our family vacation!

Everything was great - we’ve been coming to TC annually for 5 or 6 years now, and this house had everything our family of 5 (plus a dog) needed! We often stay at new properties each year, but we will definitely come back to this one!

Beautiful country setting

The property was very comfortable for all 6 of us. It was easy to access Traverse City sites and restaurants. Many wineries near by. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Views

House was exactly as described, house was very clean. Directions were clear…Our group had a great time, the color of the trees was stunning. Quiet location, but close enough to town. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
