A TOUCH OF TUSCANY - Welcome to the Poconos!!

This tastefully renovated home is on a beautiful property which is very private, nestled in the woods and off the beaten path but still close enough to the activity. This house offers a touch of Tuscany and plenty of privacy with beautiful views of wildlife.

This vacation home also offers the following:

• Beautiful up-scale large kitchen, granite countertops, bamboo floors throughout and air conditioning.

• Comfortable leather furniture downstairs nestled in front of a large flat screen TV and beautiful fireplace with remote controlled gas logs.

• Three large window seats at each downstairs window to keep an eye on the beautiful landscape.

• Upstairs in the loft you will find a large flat screen TV and a cozy full size chaise sofa with pull out bed.

• Two bedrooms; Master has queen with flat screen TV and attached private master bath; second room has queen with a beautiful view.

• Two full baths; downstairs has large shower and upstairs master has whirlpool bathtub with a great view of the woods, full size shower, and front load washer / dryer.

• Plenty of parking and the large deck is perfect for grilling dinner or just chilling out in the evening.

• A gas log fireplace is awesome for keeping warm on a snowy winter night & fire pit is perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing events from the day with the rest of the family.

This is the perfect spot for an enjoyable getaway for 2 or 3 couples, any family, or a girl’s weekend in the Poconos!

Second stay here

We love it here at the Tuscany. It is very quiet, yet close to everything. My husband , myself and our dog had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Pocono Retreat

It rained the entire time we were there but the house was so cozy we stayed in. We have been here before in this property and will be bapck agpain. It is the perfect little getaway but still close to everything.

Beautiful house in a great location

I've stayed in a lot of Pocono houses, but this one is the whole package. Beautiful well-appointed home. Lake accessibility. Very convenient to all amenities. And very secluded without neighbors on top of you. I'll be back!

It was a cute house with everything we needed. We loved it was off the main road and nestled near a wooded area. Daily we were greeted by deer and even fed one apples by hand. We had a great experience.

I was born and raised in Jim Thorpe & Lake Harmony and absolutely love the area, specifically for its beauty, versatility, and history. I currently reside in central North Carolina but travel home as often as possible to visit with family.

For many years, before moving to NC, I lived in the house full time and I must say that I truly miss living there and being amid mother nature’s beauty that she offers throughout all 4 seasons!

Each of my siblings have property in Lake Harmony area as well and they would all agree that no matter how far away from the Lake we eventually settled down, we all always end up gathering at Lake Harmony and will always call it home.

This property was originally a 2-unit concrete block apartment building that I purchased and completely renovated in early 2003.

Renovations included adding an addition to the original structure which now houses the main entry way and foyer area and staircase to the upstairs living area as well as the lower level full bathroom & master bathroom upstairs.

I designed the home to be comfortably, cozy and welcoming to all.
