Neighborhood is highly sought after and sits on the waterfront offering marvelous marina views sunrise to sunset. Right across the street is the dual track South Shoreline which provides quick/affordable transportation to Chicago. Less than 5 minutes away you can begin to explore the Indiana Dunes and venture to the nationally recognized Dunes State Park. Inside, the layout is amazing and provides separate living space for privacy. Upstairs is a full bedroom, private bathroom, gym space with equipment and an office area that’s perfect for the business traveler. Downstairs boasts another bedroom and bath with tub. Living room has a fireplace and balcony with stunning views and seating. Waterfront dining is steps from the front door and a special event calendar changes monthly and often features live music, games, karaoke, sports and comedy shows.

Enjoyed our stay at this awesome condo. There is a view of the Marina. The condo has two king beds one on the main level and the other is on the second floor of the condo. We only use the main floor bed and it was comfortable. Woke early with the sun. The room is bright. Part of the window is not covered due to the architecture of the window but it got us moving to enjoy the day. Grateful to have the coffee bar.The location is very close to the Indiana dunes, state and national Parks, not far of a drive. The condo itself is on the second floor so there is some stairs to get to it. There is a place that is walking distance to eat and drink which was nice.The communication with the host was always great. I would recommend any beach lovers to visit Kemil at Beverly shores. Just beautiful

We love this place. Extremely clean and smells great. This rental isn’t large but still feels roomy… 2 king sized comfy beds AND large tv’s in the bedrooms as well. Ladies with hair will love the showers here…excellent water pressure and great drainage which is hard to find in vacay rentals. It feels very safe and cozy too. Ashley is a wonderful host and this gem is not one to pass up if you are in the area.

The condo is great. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is set up for cooking, but not really for eating. Only 2 bowls and a few plates. It would have been nice to have a set for 4 people, some silverware and kitchen towels. The host is very responsive and accommodating.

Absolutely beautiful condo! It smelled so nice inside and it was beautifully decorated! My dog and I had a lovely time… The only downside was the balcony lock didn’t work.

Ashley had great communication. Condo was decorated nicely and clean. Plenty of room to have our own space with our family of four. Loved that she had cleaning supplies, vacuum, broom, etc in order to clean up sand. The marina was nice with a restaurant close by. All of the dunes and beaches were close by and easy to get to. We also traveled to Chicago, with the train being close by it was really easy! She also has a nice and large dog crate in a closet that our dog used often, we were glad to be able to take him with us. Thanks so much for the use of your condo!

Very nice condo and responsive host. She always responded in minutes. Very clean. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the natural oil plug in scent was very overpowering for us. I unplugged them but the scent was still very strong. I know that is a very personal thing and for others it could be a positive. Also, there was food in fridge either from owner or past guest. That was a bit weird. We were only staying there for a family holiday trip so only used condo for sleeping, no cooking, so it didn’t bother us. Otherwise comfortable and met our needs.

Very nice place near the Indiana Dunes. My wife and I enjoyed this for a long weekend. Everything was as described, no issues whatsoever. The host was responsive throughout our stay.

The place was beautiful and well stocked. The bed on the main level had a big dip in the middle and was therefore not the most comfortable. We were somewhat concerned when the host messaged us the day prior to arrival and said if we had any problems with anyone to just say we were “friends of Ashley”. It left us with an uneasy feeling but we never did have any problems. No information was given to us about checkout and I had to reach out to the host to find out how to handle the linens, towels and trash. She did respond promptly though. The place was beautiful right on the waterway and we enjoyed the balcony. If I knew there wouldn’t ever be problems staying here as the host alluded about, I’d highly recommend staying here.
