The panoramic master bedroom with 180 degree views, a 5 piece bathroom and a walk in closet. This guest house has 2 Bedrooms with a fully equipped kitchen, w/d, dining room, living area, formal living room and stunning deck. Minutes to Edmonds, Boeing Paine Field Airport, Lighthouse Park, Seattle, Shopping, Restaurants, Mukilteo Ferry and Freeway. Property has multiple stairs, unsuitable for those with mobility needs.

Peaceful and unbeatable view!

Stayed here for 9 nights while traveling for work in Everett. It was a serene and beautiful place to relax and recharge!

House very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Location and view were absolutely incredible. Pictures and description online is WAY understated. It’s incredible…. I will absolutely look to return to this property. Just a heads up… lots of stairs in the house so make sure you are ok with that. Also, driveway is incredibly steep and tight as is the drive to the property down a steep windy, tight neighborhood road. Not for the faint of heart… but the place was soooo worth the money!

Amazing views of Puget Sound! Accommodations were clean. This is one big house split into three different places you can rent. We didn’t know that when we booked it.

Views even better than advertised.

Incredible views. Lodging better than expected though the last 1/4 mile there was a little steep --wasn't fun in a rental car I was bearly familiar with. Also near train tracks and airport, but noise not bad if windows are closed for early morning.

The property was what the host said. The view was perfect. She had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. However, there was a lot that was unsaid. The house was divided into 3 units and you could hear the other tenets. The property listing stated we would use a guest home, not an apartment. You think you will be the only ones there when booking. Would have been nice to have a welcome book with instructions besides appliance manuals. The train passes by about 100 yards from the house many times a day/night. It didn't bother us, but it may bother some if you're a light sleeper or are looking for peace and quiet. We were there for 8 days so we saw a lot.Access was off a narrow 1 lane road going into a steep driveway. Blackberry vines hung over the driveway which scratched the car, but my husband clipped them. Many stairs. The house needs some major refreshing and a thorough cleaning. It was freshly vacuumed but appliances were streaky and needed rewashing. The windows were filthy and made viewing the view not so great. I cleaned the door ones to the deck, inside and out. Dead plants in all the pots not pleasant to look at. Cobwebs and dust bunnies and lots of dust attached to the shower fan. Half the bathroom lights were burned out when we arrived. I requested new bulbs which the host got quickly. The host was responsive when messaged. We truly enjoyed the view, especially from the deck.

Everything was wonderful and it had a gorgeous view. Might be good to warn people about the trains. I love them but if you don't....they are close!

The pictures don't do it justice... the views are SPECTACULAR!

We loved absolutely everything about our stay. The house was incredibly clean and well taken care of. The furniture and beds were surprisingly so comfortable. The kitchen was so fun to cook in with everything we needed to eat in and the views were like nothing we could have imagined. We spent an entire day just sitting in the front living room and on the deck taking in the gorgeous views and Comforts of the home. I have never enjoyed a VRBO experience quite as much. But the best part was how much the owner cares about her tenants having a wonderful stay We would definitely stay again and couldn't recommend this property enough!

The view was amazing and we saw whales playing in the sound as we ate breakfast. The instructions from the host ask us to not touch the thermostat so we complied but it was very hot. One room had a fan but the other two didn't. We misread the description and thought there were 2 showers but it was 1.5 baths with a small shower. Trains close by are heard throughout the night as well.

Absolutely lovely home. The host was very kind and extremely responsive. There were a few small issues that wouldn't have been issues if we had been aware ahead of time.-The property is on a steep hillside and the road narrows to alley width. If it had snowed, we would have been stuck.-The number of beds advertised isn't reality. Each bedroom has one bed and there is a trundle on the landing which has another mattress underneath. -The lowest level of the home is another rental and you can hear the renters' voices (we called them 'the people in the walls'). -The kitchen was missing a kettle and workable scissors. -There was not a lot of care put into the availability and location of kitchen supplies, but overall still nice.The cozy living area with the gorgeous view, though, pretty much made up for any shortcoming :)

The beds were comfortable, and there is plenty of space to sprawl out around the house. The views of Puget Sound from the master bedroom and lower level patio were fantastic!!! The only thing that I didn't like was the house has three rentals in it and parking can be a little hectic if each of the rentals have a couple cars.

The view of Puget Sound is beautiful. The house is split into 3 guest houses and we chose the largest/best one. Sitting on the back balcony was our favorite part of the stay. Sunsets were gorgeous as we were blessed with perfect weather. The master bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing. Unfortunately the other couple we came with had to find another place to stay because one of them is disabled and there are A LOT of stairs and steps throughout. She also believed that something in the bedroom, possible bug-spray, caused her difficulty breathing. Be aware that this place has only 1.5 baths, not 2 as is stated in the brief initial description. Clicking on More Details will show this. So there is only 1 shower. The motorized chair-lift kept stopping often when our disabled friend tried to use it - somewhat disapointing and another reason for her and her husband to leave after one day.
