Welcome to your bright and comfortable two-bedroom bungalow in North Seattle. This well-appointed home offers privacy, convenience, and everything you need for a relaxed stay.

The nearby light rail line makes traveling to downtown easy! Just a 10 minute (0.5 mile) walk through Northacres Park to Pinehurst Station. (opens Sept 30th)

PROPERTY LAYOUT AND NOTES

Guests have the entire original 1,000-square-foot bungalow to themselves. My own home is an attached modern unit located behind the bungalow. The entrance to my home is through the backyard, so you may occasionally see me walking through the front yard briefly. The bungalow and front yard are fully private for your stay.

Outdoor security cameras are installed on the roof and face the street for safety.


AIRPORT SHUTTLE

Airport shuttle service is available for an additional fee with 24 hours advance notice, depending on scheduling. Please contact me for availability and details.

Everything was great from the location to the communication. Photos are exactly what you’ll walk in to and you can tell the owners take great care in making it a warm and inviting stay.

We had an amazing stay at Cole’s place - it was perfect for our work needs and also accommodating for our elderly parents. Cole was such a nice host - always super helpful and responsive. We will be back!

We loved this place! Communication with the host was excellent. Everything was really clean and thoughtful. The location is perfect to jump on I-5 or take the light rail. Having use of the hot tub after a long day of adventures was really nice. We had 4 people and it was a good amount of space for our group. There was a designated parking spot right in front of the house, it was super convenient. We’re grateful we found this place, we would definitely stay here again!

The house had such beautiful decorations and everything was super clean! The neighborhood also felt safe and was walkable to restaurants. Plus check in and check out were both super easy. Would definitely want to stay here again!

A accomodations. Beautiful and clean bungalow inside and out, everything was better than the pictures and in great working order. Host communication was spot on, not too much and not too little. Very safe neighborhood, quiet, large porch and cute yard. I hope to return one day!

This was a wonderful location north of Seattle. The house was private, cozy, and accommodating. I love that the owners treat pets like they are a part of the family! Wonderful host with easy communication.

We are both born and raised in Montana and have been living in Seattle for the last seven years or so. Our favourite things are: taking the ferry to Whidbey Island and enjoying the dog beach there, going on long walks with our dogs, eating amazing food, cooking amazing food, hot tubs, and spending time with our chosen family.

Jason is a physician in family practice in Ballard. I work as a consultant from home.

I own the property and have only one short term rental, so you will have my full attention and will never have to deal with a management company. I take great pride in my rental and aim to exceed your expectations in every way.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The house is convenient to explore all of the Puget Sound area. It's north of the city center, making for less traffic if you are exploring north, or to the East Side, yet still super close to the Link Light Rail Northgate station making exploring the city easy as well. It is in a safe residential neighborhood of mostly single-family homes. The fully fenced yard is perfect for a dog.

The home is a short walk to Northacres Park, which features wooded walking trails, dog park, splash park and playgrounds for kids.

The property has a salt water hot tub , two dedicated parking spaces, and a fully fenced yard for your dog. The house is decorated with many original artworks, live plants, and has hepa filtrations throughout.
