This one-of-a-kind casita has been fully remodeled in Spanish European charm by Interior Designer, Leanne Michael of L U X E lifestyle design. Specializing in fine European interiors, this charming little casita is darning a spacious fully equipped new kitchen, a three-piece en-suite bathroom and romantically draped canopy bed dressed with luxurious soft linens and blankets that stylistically and with comfort change to fit our seasons.
In the living room area you'll find a beautifully restored wood burning beehive fireplace with gas starter provided with host provided wood purchases. The space also has French doors that lead onto a quaint garden patio with fountain and bistro table for two and a fixed wall mounted ladder that brings you up to the roof top palapa where you'll find a custom queen size swing and dining perch with pair of bar stools to enjoy the full panoramic ocean view of Baja California, Mexico , etc... all this and more within short walking steps down to the beach to walk, swim and surf when the tide is low!
Don't forget to ask about our menu of specialty experiences including all inclusive packages, fresh florals, candles & champs, home baked birthday CAKE, fights of tequila, gourmet charcuterie boards, professional massages, and more!

I've been an interior designer for over 23 years specializing in authentic Spanish and European interiors, custom kitchens and romantic gardens. I reside and work on the property in the main house, which is completely separate and private from the guest casita. My companions are a rambunctious boxer bulldog mix and 4 kitties. We enjoy time tooling around in our private garden courtyard and you may also find us when taking long walks and romping in the surf on our private beach when the tide is low.

The quaint little town of Puerto Nuevo is approx. 45 minutes south from San Diego and just south of Rosarito and is best known for it's iconic lobster village!
There's always lot's to do in our surrounding towns such as shop, eat, drink and explore local hotspots, the dunes and beaches. You can also drive approx. 20 minutes east into our Valle de Guadalupe wine region for 5 star Michelin rated wine tasting rooms and gourmet restaurants!
San Diego is approx. 45 minutes North of us.
Puerto Nuevo Lobster Village is 3 minutes North of us (but, not suitable to walk to).
Downtown Rosarito is approx. 10 minutes North.
Valle de Guadalupe is approx. 20 minutes East.
Ensenada is approx. 60 minutes South.

Our property is nestled one row back from the oceanfront in a gated expat community with 247 security guards which makes your stay super safe and secure. You'll have private access to the rooftop palapa with its own queen size swing bed perfect for late afternoon naps and a dining perch with bar stools to enjoy a bottle of tequila and custom gourmet charcuterie board while watching one of our incredible marmalade sunsets over the ocean. The stairs down to the ocean are only a short walk from the casita which is accessible to walk, surf, fish & swim during low tide.
