Welcome to Innsbruck House, with unparalleled location, mountain views, seclusion and hot tub nestled just a 5 minute walk to Alyeska Resort. Indulge in views of Alyeska from the living area and all 3 bedrooms. Ski home on powder days then relax in the hot tub, admiring your ski runs. In summer, explore miles of trails, take in the resort's activities or unwind on the deck surrounded by forest. This 3-bed, 2-bath haven comfortably hosts 6 guests, with 2 living areas and fully equipped kitchen.

The space
This is your ultimate Girdwood getaway. The downstairs living area has mountain views and is surrounded by a forested sanctuary. The upstairs loft living area boasts a 65" smart tv perfect for movies and sports. Two bedrooms have king beds & tv's. The third bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have views of Alyeska. Both bathrooms are spacious with double vanities. The kitchen is fully appointed with all the cookware you would need to create memorable meals.

Innsbruck House is the epitome of excitement and relaxation, an extraordinary retreat that guarantees an experience beyond compare. Come and discover the true meaning of indulgence amidst the wonders of nature.

Other things to note
We do allow 1 dog on approval for an additional $100 flat fee. When making a reservation, you must check the pet box to include the dog as a guest and send us a message with the dog’s age and breed for approval. During your stay, the dog is not to be left unattended in the house unless it is kenneled.

The house was perfect, and the location couldn’t be better. We walked to restaurants, coffee shops, and great hiking. We also enjoyed the great hot tub every evening after dinner. The house is even better than the pictures provided as well. Excellent communication and easy check-in made this the perfect rental. We will definitely stay here again. Loved it !

Wonderful location, walkable to all amenities at the base of the ski area we stayed in summer and enjoyed walking to Alpenglo coffee in the morning Hot tub was a great way to relax after a day exploring and hiking at top of tramBeds and bedding were very comfortable and we appreciated the primary condiments and spices available Highly recommended

Holiday stay

We stayed at this house over Thanksgiving weekend this year. The location and setting was perfect. Cozy in the woods with a view of the mountain. I cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in the very well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

Holly’s home was spotless and spacious. Fully equipped and easy to understand the heat, grill, and fireplaces. It was so cozy and convenient we’re coming back next year!

Delightful allaround

From start to finish we really enjoyed everything about this property. It was clean, and well stocked with all the things. The towels and sheets were of good quality too! We’ll definitely book again when in Girdwood. Thanks Holly!

The perfect place to enjoy Alyeska

Our stay was for a July wedding at Alyeska. The location was so convenient being so close to the resort. The house is lovely and well-maintained and the owner was a dream to work with. She even found a used tv for me to use for the slide show I made for the rehearsal dinner because the restaurant didn’t have a screen.

Ski trip to Alyeska

My brother and adult son joined me for a week of skiing at Alyeska and we stayed at the Innsbruck house. Wow! Not only was the house clean and well maintained, but it was beautifully furnished and very comfortable for hanging out, enjoying a meal, and sleeping in.
