Amazing location with hot tub and front row views of Mt. Alyeska

The Alyeska View Guest House is conveniently located near the base of Mt. Alyeska. This home is perfect for families! Enjoy the covered hot tub on the second floor deck. Two living areas with gas fireplaces give your group plenty of space. The large kitchen features stainless appliances, gas range, dishwasher and is well-stocked with everything you need. The 4 bedrooms each have new beds & mattresses, the master bedroom has a sleep number king bed. Each bedroom features a single sleeper sofa in addition to the bed. The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor and is a perfect space for kids; it's a large room with a TV (cable & Roku included) queen bed, single bed and sleeper sofa.
Watch the skiers come down Mt. Alyeska and take in the surrounding mountains from the huge living room windows, enjoy a walk to town square, access hiking and skiing trails nearby, dine at Jack Sprat or enjoy libations at the Sitzmark Bar & Grill- this is all within walking distance to the house!

GREAT location, beauty in all directions, pictures don’t do it justice. Wonderful host , replied right away to any questions. People in Girdwood very friendly. Patios were dirty, covered in pollen should of been blown off , patio furniture, as wellCarpets were dirty ,some of patio doors don’t lock

Perfect for family fun!

Everything we were looking for in a place close to the resort. Top of our list was clean and plenty of room. The views of the mountains right from the house windows was beautiful. You can walk to the lift from the house. We had every appliance we needed and loved the clean hot tub! It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host responded very quickly to us .We had a wonderful family get together.

Perfect ski week with friends

The house was perfect for our group of 8 adults (4 couples). It's a quick 5 min walk to the ski lifts (we were able to ski almost all the way back on days that it snowed!). The views of the mountains are so beautiful from every window and porch.The home is cozy and definitely well lived in but clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub wasn't working at first but the host had a technician come out to fix it and they reimbursed us for the days it wasn't functional. Overall it was a great stay and the host was very responsive. We would definitely recommend!

Great stay for a ski trip with friends

We loved our time in Girdwood. This home is a short walk to Alyeska’s ski lifts and everything in town is just a short drive. A great fit for traveling with friends and kids!

Wonderful multigenerational family gathering

This was a perfect house for our 3 generation gathering. It wasn’t so precious that we had to worry about the littles every second but was nice and clean and comfortable. The location could not have been better. Jackie was very responsive to questions before or trip but we had no issues while we were there.

Long weekend stay with 9 adults

It was a great place to stay with extended family. We enjoyed having the 2 separate living areas so the older people could be in one area and the younger ones in the other. We never felt cramped for space. We also enjoyed the hot tub.

Great stay with family

Very clean and spacious house. Worked well for our family of 10. It's in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain views. Very comfortable beds. Host was very responsive the few times we had a question.

A+ location and accommodations for Alyeska!

Our family travels quite often to different ski resorts and have mixed reviews on places we've stayed. This is an excellent location and there is an abundance of space and beds in this property. It's well kept and very clean! We were able to make the short walk across part of the parking lot across the street to get to the slopes/lifts. It was even easy for my children (14 & 9) to walk and carry equipment. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Alyeska!

Great place, great location

We had a great stay! It was perfect for our family vacation. Lots of space, full kitchen, big entry way to keep our ski gear and great views of the mountains. It’s really close to the base lodge so we could walk over every day. We would stay here again.

Great property for snow groups

To be honest I think they UNDERsell the great location if this wonderful home - it was a short walk through the resort parking lot to the lifts! Great home, lots of room for a group and a nice hot tub for after the slopes! Kitchen is well appointed (we cook alot) and the host was amazing with answering questions and overall service. Would 100% stay again!

great views and spacious

Great location. walking distance to the ski lift, lodge and town. beautiful views. Spacious home with 2 cozy living areas. Furniture and beds are very comfortable. Only downside is dining room space and chairs is limited. However, the dining table can be extended. We would definitely recommend this home!

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is easily accessible. With four bedrooms, two living areas (both with gas fireplace,) a large kitchen and a nice dining area, there is plenty of room for your group. The house is warm and inviting, with new furniture and beds.
