- Stocked with ground coffee, tea, salt, pepper and all your basic condiments.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES

- Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a blow dryer
- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.

Guests have access to the entirety of the unit, with the exception of the garage.

A boat slip can be rented for an additional $500/week from Akiskinook.

For those travelling with children, the outdoor playground will keep them entertained for hours, allowing you to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. The community also has a private beach and marina to enjoy summer activities on Lake Windermere. In the winter, the lake turns into the world's largest groomed skating rink, so be sure to pack your skates!

You will require a vehicle to get to the resort and to explore Invemere/Windermere's other activities; however, you will be able to walk around the resort to all of its amenities.

Guests have access to 2 parking spots in front of the unit. Additional parking is available in the parking lot at the community's front entrance.


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

This property was in a great location. My family of 4 could easily walk down to the beach, recreation centre and outdoor courts. There was also an option to drive and park to the locations too. The beach and resort grounds are well maintained & everyone is so friendly. The condo was very spacious and had everything needed for a family stay. The management company was great to deal with and very quick to rectify any issues we had. I would stay here again!

Great winter hideaway

Unit is as advertised, clean, and nice location. It was too bad the weather did not cooperate as it has been a mild winter, so skating on the lake, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing were unavailable, but unit is centrally located so we could drive to panorama and Kimberly for snow. Kitchen was well equipped but lacked a set of oven mitts so made using oven tricky. Aisling was great with communication and rec center with pool, hot tub, exercise equipment and games was a definite bonus. Would love to stay again when winter was more cooperative.
