Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that this was your experience. We recently transitioned to a new housekeeping service, and I take the concerns you mentioned regarding the floors and missing items seriously and will be addressing them directly. I do wish these concerns had been brought to my attention during your stay, as I would have immediately arranged for someone to come over and correct anything that was not up to standard. The home has a stocked kitchen, our air-conditioning units were recently inspected and serviced prior to your stay, and we maintain regular professional pest-control service. While occasional dead insects can unfortunately occur following treatment, especially in Louisiana, we continue to take preventative pest control seriously. I appreciate the feedback and apologize that your stay did not meet expectations. As a host, I want guests to be comfortable, and when an issue is communicated to me during a stay, I make every effort to address it promptly.
