This super clean, super cute property was exactly as advertised & exactly what we needed for a quick visit. Four adults shared the space with room to move & to spare. Ann was very responsive, accommodating & kind. Would definitely book again!

The overall stay was outstanding. The home was cozy, clean, and the host provided the ultimate southern hospitality. We had everything we needed and more. Ann was very responsive for a small issue that was handled immediately. My family of 6 stayed comfortably as we prepared my daughter for move in day at Southern University...Go Jags!. I would stay here again again and again!

Cute, comfortable house! We would definitely stay again. I was worried when we drove up about the area because the property next door is in bad shape and looks vacant. There was a car that looked like someone was living in it parked in front of the house; however, once inside the house, we did not hear any noise from outside or have any issues. We had a great stay!

Place was very inviting with nice rooms, beds were spacious and bathrooms were nice, even had a heater fan to keep you warm while showering. I would definitely come back!!

Fantastic location for graduation weekend. Easy access to campus and to numerous restaurants for celebratory festivities! House was as pictured and tastefully decorated. Plenty of towels, coffee, and dishes. I did struggle with the thermostat for a minute - LOL- but once I figured it out it was easy to adjust and cooled effectively. The neighborhood across Park was highly walkable - my husband and I enjoyed several walks to take in the beautiful homes and saw many locals walking dogs, jogging, and biking. If you are looking for a quiet spot convenient to LSU- I highly recommend!

Great property!

This is a beautiful cottage with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Beautifully decorated and beautifully outfitted. Will definitely use this property again for any out-of-town guests. Thank you so much for a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful property

We stayed here for a few days and it did not disappoint. It even had a pack and play for our baby. It was within 5 minutes of everywhere we needed to go including the Raising Canes Event Center and Walmart. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Baton Rouge.

Excellent experience

We stayed here during a swim meet at LSU. It was very conveniently located near campus. The house was cute and clean. Id definitely book here again.

The host was quick to respond when we got there and had an issue with the lock code. She called us immediately to work it out. The location and property could not be a better spot. One of the prettiest streets I have ever seen and close to everything. The house is perfectly set up with tvs in every room. I would definitely stay here again anytime I am heading back to Baton Rouge!

Beautiful property!!

Property was absolutely perfect! Beautiful and clean - exactly as it states in the listing. Neighborhood is quiet and very close to LSU and the Raising Canes Center. Host was extremely attentive, so very kind. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful and Cozy little place

Property looked just as advertized, everything was beautiful. There was more than enough towels, TP, etc for our week stay. All the TVs are smart TVs so you're able to watch whatever you want, way better than a hotel stay. The area is so cute and quaint and so green, just gorgeous. Would definitely stay again.
