Tequila Sunset is the epitome of a luxurious getaway with its cozy ambiance and inviting atmosphere. This one-bedroom rental in Broken Bow is perfect for up to three guests who are seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. The highlight of this retreat is undoubtedly the hot tub, where you can soak your worries away while enjoying the serene surroundings. Additionally, the gas grill allows you to indulge in some outdoor cooking, while the fireplaces both inside and outside create a warm and cozy ambiance. The furnished back deck provides the perfect spot to unwind and take in breathtaking views of the surrounding nature.

Inside, the living room boasts a comfortable leather couch, a lounge chair, and a gas fireplace, creating a cozy space to relax and unwind. For entertainment, a big-screen TV is also available.

The kitchen and dining area are fully stocked with all the essentials you might need during your stay. From a toaster and blender to a Keurig coffee maker (with a starter pack of coffee provided) and a crockpot, you'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The island features four bar stools, providing ample seating for dining or enjoying a quick snack.

The bedroom offers a king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Side tables with storage on both sides of the bed provide convenience, while a big-screen TV allows you to unwind with your favorite shows. The bedroom also offers direct access to the patio, allowing you to step outside and enjoy the fresh air. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity sink, a private toilet, a walk-in shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and a luxurious soaker tub for ultimate relaxation.

Upstairs, the cozy loft features a game nook with a sofa sleeper, providing additional sleeping accommodations for guests.

The outdoor amenities at Tequila Sunset are equally impressive. The patio is furnished with comfortable furniture, allowing you to relax and soak up the sun. The hot tub provides the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The gas grill is ideal for outdoor cooking, while the gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to your outdoor gatherings. A big-screen TV ensures you don't miss out on your favorite shows even while enjoying the outdoors. The firepit with seating for four is perfect for cozy evenings spent roasting marshmallows and sharing stories. Lastly, a hockey game adds a touch of fun and entertainment to your outdoor experience.

General Information - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. The bedding for the sleeper sofa is located inside the sofa. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 3, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
