The house was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very well appointed kitchen. Grounds were well maintained. Great location just outside of town.

A minor hiccup on check in was quickly resolved by property manager. Location was perfect for dark sky photography, close to Capitol Reef National Park. And home was spacious and beautiful!

Beautiful and just remote enough for to feel like we were out in nature. Spacious and comfortable for the five of us. Everyone wanted to cancel the rest of our parks tour and just stay here forever.

Beautiful property close to Capital Reef National Park! Well stocked kitchen with all the spices and Keurig coffee you’ll need, and soap for washing machine. Highly recommend.

House was just as expected. Great amenities, close drive to Capitol Reefs. Great indoor and outdoor space, peaceful and quiet. Comfortable beds, high quality toiletries, fully stocked kitchen. Would stay again

We wanted a stop between Zion and Moab this was perfect. The house was clean, had everything we needed and more would stay again if in the area.

Great house! Spacious, clean and well appointed. It is a short 10 min ish drive to Capitol Reef and off of the scenic hwy 12! Highly recommend this house!!

Best weekend

We have stayed here several times, and have enjoyed it every time. The house is beautiful and clean! Will definitely stay here again.

In our trek across Utah visiting state and national parks, this was the third stop for three cousins and two spouses. It was our favorite: spacious, quiet, remote (dark sky!), and very comfortable. If only the weather had been warm enough for us to use the deck! Everyone wanted to just move in and stay forever.

When we arrived we thought "this can't be the place," as it is very large, well-kept standalone home with a private driveway. It is an excellent place for a long stay and has "bonus space" like a full laundry room and formal dining room. After a long day of hiking we enjoyed a soak in the jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Wi-fi worked well, kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of ice. Don't miss the Etta Place Cidery & Taproom and Rim Rock Patio Restaurant while you are there!

Wonderful location, very private, just outside Capital Reef National Park! We were two couples and the place had a wonderfully spacious king master suite with bath and then two other nice bedrooms with a shared full bath. Another half bath was available as well… the washer and dryer worked well. The kitchen was well appointed and many guides to area hikes and parks were available. Everything we needed was there!One highlight was a lovely back yard patio with fire pit that we enjoyed both nights of our stay. Their parking area was perfect for some night sky photography as well. Also close to a couple of restaurants in Torrey and right on scenic highway 12! Highly recommend if you are in this area!

Beautiful

Perfect location! Loved the space, inside and out. An outdoor hot tub would be a great addition! Kitchen comes very well furnished, beds very comfortable, had a rocking chair! Was a bit warm and air hadn’t been put on yet. Initially it was warm, but took advantage of cool evenings and many fans provided. Very high end!
