We loved the house and location. Maddie was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Our rental broke down in Capital Reef National Park. Maddie even arranged for us to stay at another place in Teasdale while we wait for a replacement car. Couldn’t ask for more!

The house was very cute and clean. My children loved the yard--we grilled, had a campfire, and enjoyed sitting out on the deck. The laundry was also very convenient. Overall, great stay for a family!

The place was perfect for exploring Arches if you don’t care about being able to walk to Moab shops and restaurants, which we didn’t. We loved the views and the easy access we had to both Arches and Canyonlands Needles District. The beds were extremely comfortable and we woke up feeling refreshed each morning!

Great place

Me and my family had a great stay, it has everything you need, specially the kitchen! Very nice decorated, comfy beds, clean and 20 minutes away from Capital Reef, lots of hummingbirds everywhere, definitely recommend this place!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family! We stayed for 5 nights with our two kids (4 and 8), and they had such a great time playing in the front yard and with all the toys, Legos, and board games. There were also tons of books for both kids and adults, which was such a nice touch.Maddie was a wonderful host and always quick to respond whenever I had questions. She also shared so many hidden spots and recommendations that the kids really enjoyed exploring.The property was clean, neat, and very well stocked. We loved sitting out on the patio in the evenings and just gazing at the stars. It was so quiet and peaceful, exactly what we needed!The only thing we missed was the hammock that was shown in one of the pictures, but honestly, it was no big deal. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Great stay

We had a fantastic two night stay. Kids enjoyed the swing and hammock. Kitchen was well appointed and had basic cooking supplies (salt, oil etc). Comfortable and perfect for our visit to Capitol Reef NP.

Awesome home near Capitol Reef!

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Capitol Reef. The home had plenty of room for our family of 5. We loved how clean and comfortable it was. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent Stay near Capital Reef

This place was just what we needed in a middle of a busy week of visiting National Parks in Utah. It was like a little oasis that allowed us to recharge and get ready for the rest of the week.

We loved staying at this property as a base for for exploring Capitol Reef. The visitor’s center was about a 20 min drive. The house was great: the kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, couches were comfortable and the house was very clean. Highly recommend!

With three kids of our own, we designed this home to be comfortable, stylish, and cozy. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen (most cooking and baking essentials, Keurig, Crock Pot, tea kettle, dishwasher), comfortable beds with crisp white linens, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, and of course the TV, with ready-to-stream Netflix. A Solo Stove fire pit, Adirondack chairs and an oversized hammock are there for your enjoyment.

Rural residential area with a playground within walking distance. Bring bikes, scooters, and ATVs if you have them. There are AWESOME, scenic ATV and hiking trails nearby: the family-favorite Lion's Head trailhead and the Great Western ATV Trail are exactly one mile from the house.
