We really enjoyed our stay here! It is close to Capitol Reef which we were in the area to visit. But the best part was being able to go back to this home and relax in a quiet, clean home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the little extras you need, the bed was comfortable and everything felt light and airy. We will definitely choose this home to stay in again when we visit the area in the future.

We loved the house and location. Maddie was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Our rental broke down in Capital Reef National Park. Maddie even arranged for us to stay at another place in Teasdale while we wait for a replacement car. Couldn’t ask for more!

The house was very cute and clean. My children loved the yard--we grilled, had a campfire, and enjoyed sitting out on the deck. The laundry was also very convenient. Overall, great stay for a family!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family! We stayed for 5 nights with our two kids (4 and 8), and they had such a great time playing in the front yard and with all the toys, Legos, and board games. There were also tons of books for both kids and adults, which was such a nice touch.Maddie was a wonderful host and always quick to respond whenever I had questions. She also shared so many hidden spots and recommendations that the kids really enjoyed exploring.The property was clean, neat, and very well stocked. We loved sitting out on the patio in the evenings and just gazing at the stars. It was so quiet and peaceful, exactly what we needed!The only thing we missed was the hammock that was shown in one of the pictures, but honestly, it was no big deal. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back!

The place was perfect for exploring Arches if you don’t care about being able to walk to Moab shops and restaurants, which we didn’t. We loved the views and the easy access we had to both Arches and Canyonlands Needles District. The beds were extremely comfortable and we woke up feeling refreshed each morning!

Great place

Me and my family had a great stay, it has everything you need, specially the kitchen! Very nice decorated, comfy beds, clean and 20 minutes away from Capital Reef, lots of hummingbirds everywhere, definitely recommend this place!

Loved our stay here while visiting the area. Easy to find. Very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Quiet area. Well stocked kitchen, laundry, toiletries, and even a grill. All these touches make traveling with limited supplies so much easier. Kids loved the yard, tree swing, and basketbalm to work off some travel energy. Decor was cute and it felt like home. Convenient to travel to the national park and the quaint town of Torrey. Also appreciated the email with detailed information we received ahead of time to help plan our stay. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved staying at this property as a base for for exploring Capitol Reef. The visitor’s center was about a 20 min drive. The house was great: the kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, couches were comfortable and the house was very clean. Highly recommend!

Great stay

We had a fantastic two night stay. Kids enjoyed the swing and hammock. Kitchen was well appointed and had basic cooking supplies (salt, oil etc). Comfortable and perfect for our visit to Capitol Reef NP.

Awesome home near Capitol Reef!

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Capitol Reef. The home had plenty of room for our family of 5. We loved how clean and comfortable it was. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

There are very limited options in the area and felt like this one met the needs. The house is smaller, but the outside space makes it feel bigger and has all essentials needed. It would be a tighter fit for more than two pairs of people. Communication was great, everything was clean, and basics provided to be able to pack less for the trip and cook at home which was really nice. Check out to-do wasn’t bad for the price (started towels in laundry, strip beds, run dishwasher, take out trash). The stargazing was fantastic towards the front right of the house. Some things to consider- the beds are not the most comfortable mattress wise, but the bedding is nice. The room with the two beds has no hvac unit like the living room and primary bedroom does so the extra fan they provide and leaving the door open at night is needed. The blackstone out back wasn’t left very clean by previous users as it states on the wall not the responsibility of cleaners. We left it and utensils clean for whomever is next! The sprinklers ran from before arrival, to 8am when a gentleman came out to turn them off before we checked out. Both behind the house and to the left. This meant wet deck furniture and getting sprayed when we attempted to sit out back and enjoy grilling, stargazing, and relaxing after check-in. We kept hoping they’d stop eventually, but no luck. This was a pain when grilling our food as we had planned (hibachi chicken style) because it and cook got sprayed often.
