Peace and serenity is what you will find in this spacious luxury home located right next to our beautiful orchard at Sand Creek Homestead. It’s not just a place to stay, it’s a place to create memories that will last a lifetime as you connect with nature with a house full of loved ones. We are located two miles outside Torrey and seven miles to Capitol Reef National Park in the heart of southern Utah’s magnificent red rock deserts, green grass plateaus, and high mountain tops.

This home was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was stocked very well with all you needed to be able to have meals at the house. The master bedroom and bathroom were amazing. My kids loved the back living room hang out.

Very comfortable place to stay. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen items and appliances. Yards were beautiful and well kept. Great place for kids with. Horses and goats and a playground! Plus a beautiful nature scape on the property. Very quiet! Loved it! Hope to come back again!

The Orchard House is delightful, though it is not that fancy looking on the outside. On the inside, however, it is spacious, with plenty of seating in the living room. There is an additional room for the TV with two sofas, as well. The kitchen was clean and has all the necessary accessories. Air conditioning was fine. The master bedroom and bath is beautiful and spacious. I would love one like it at home. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. My family was content with their beds, except for the twin beds. Our young adults found them too hard - they would probably be best for little children. The family took advantage of the various sports courts and found lovely paths to walk the dogs. We all agreed that it was a great place to stay and we highly recommend it.

Gil and Flora were awesome hosts, and the house was perfect for our family. With it being February, we were inside a little more, but the horses and goats are awesome to have so close. Family space was perfect, and we loved having dinners and hangout time together in a comfortable place. We will be back for sure and maybe even in the off-season again, as Capitol Reef Park is less busy, and the hiking was great.

Great location just outside the town of Torrey and Capitol Reef National Park. The house was beautiful as well as the property surrounding it which seems to be a working homestead with goats, chickens and mini-horses, all of which the kids will love. There is even a fantastic play area for kids! The only hiccup is EXPEDIA. I had a little communication issue with owner because they were sending me links which Expedia wasn't allowing me to access, I found out from the owner they don't list this property on Expedia at all, they list it on VRBO. I recommend when booking that you let the property owner know that you used EXPEDIA.

Neat home for family at excellent location!

This home is ideal for a family of 8-10. It is located minutes away from Capitol Reef. Amenities are all modern, very well furnished and very well maintained. Close to grocery and restaurants which is a big plus for the location. Highly recommend for a cosy family or friends vacation!

Lovely, roomy, pet friendly home in a BEAUTIFUL locale. Super close to Capitol Reef National Park, which is amazing. Cute little Torrey town with restaurants, small grocery store, several gift shops, farmers market. Cindy the manager was super responsive to my questions. The house was a great place to hang out before and after adventures. We had just about everything thing we needed (there’s no laundry onsite, but there’s a laundromat in Torrey). There was even some delish coffee provided ! Much appreciated! All in all, a great vacation home to stay at.

Beautiful, brand new place right outside Capitol Reef National Park

This looks like a brand new house and the decor and design features are very well done. Check in was easy with the instructions sent ahead of time. We loved the reclining sofas in the living room and the space to stretch out a little for our family of 8. There's 4 real bedrooms and another play room at the end of the hall with a sofa bed that feels almost like another bedroom because it's at the end of the hall. And the location is great, I don't think you can get any closer to Capitol Reef.

Wow!

The house is beautiful and well appointed and so comfortable. We loved the location being in a more rural setting. Yet right off the road- which was convenient. Cindi was so responsive, friendly and helpful. She has lots of outdoor space and encouraged us to take advantage of it. Pickleball court, ping pong table, games, outdoor fire settings, a farm with very cute animals and an awesome dog. We really enjoyed our short time here. Wish we could have stayed longer.
