The house had everything we needed for our short stay. Especially we enjoyed spacious covered patio, close location (2-3 min walk) to the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. We'll be happy to stay again in future.

Loved the house! Sitting on the upstairs patio, drinking coffee and listening to the ocean is a morning person’s dream. The house is very inviting and cozy! Loved the hammock in the evening. Great place! Can’t wait until next time.

We loved our stay. It was my husband and I, and our dog. It was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room for a kid or 2. The place was clean, well stocked, great beach access and ocean views. It was the perfect, it was nice and quiet. The beach was not crowded, just the people vacationing in that neighborhood. Perfect distance from Seawall amd a short drive to The Strand. Communication with the host was excellent and very appreciated. We would definitely choose this location again.

Everything about the place was great. Every space was to our liking, the top deck was awesome to sit and relax or play with my grandson. The bottom deck was very comfortable and the rinse off shower was private to get rid of unwanted sand! The beach was very accessible by a short walk and no cars on this section of beach which I liked a lot. Host was very accommodating with information and hints of the area and was easily accessible to questions. We all had a great time especially my grandson!!

The location is incredible- private beach just steps away from the house, ocean views from the deck.The house was clean, and comfortable, good linens and bedding. 4 of us and a 2Y/o were comfortable. It was hot and humid, as expected for July. The AC could have been better BUT it was NOT bad. We would recommend and hope to be back!

This house was exactly what we wanted for our short visit to Galveston. The house was very clean and the pictures are spot on of the house. The breeze from the ocean was wonderful all day long and the large covered deck was especially nice for sitting outside at any time of day. The walk to the beach was fast and easy to get to and the outdoor shower was wonderful! Thank you to Jeannette for all her help!

We had a great time with our family at this house. Super close to the beach, I think we sat outside on the deck for every meal watching the ocean. Dog friendly. The room with the bunk beads was perfect for our kids. Clean and comfortable. We would definitely go back again.

We spent three wonderful nights here with our two teenagers and our small dog, and we couldn’t have loved it more! The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the beach and peaceful enough to feel like a true escape. But close enough to a couple of stores just in case we needed anything. Each morning and evening, we found ourselves on the beautiful covered deck, coffee or wine in hand, watching and listening to the waves. It was exactly the relaxing getaway we were hoping for, and we can’t wait to return!
This deck was our favorite spot! Where we spent time each morning and evening.
We walked on the beach in time for the sunset each night, too.

Great vacation home

I really love the beach views from the patio. It is very nice to sit outside in the shade and feel the ocean breeze. The easy access to the beach is awesome. I love the privacy of Bermuda beach. This is my favorite place to stay in Galveston.

Second Visit

We stayed in this charming beach house 4 years ago and loved it just as much this time. Fantastic location, steps from a beautiful, quiet beach. Clean home with a great kitchen. If traveling with teens like us (both 6’ plus), the bunk beds and living room furniture might be a little on the small side for an extended stay.

Clean with easy beach access

It was a great rental for our trip with a small family. I loved the covered deck, which allowed for sitting outside and enjoying the breeze without being baked by the sun. The kitchen was big and had some good appliances, cups, and silverware. The bathroom was clean and the hot water was hot. It was just what we needed.

Quiet and Serene

Our stay was lovely! My daughter-in-law and I enjoyed a clean, nicely furnished cabin only steps away from the beach. The cabin was exactly as described, and communication with the host was friendly and responsive. What a great weekend!!!!!
