There is an interior adjoining door into the main villa that locks from both sides for Privacy & also a Separate Entrance outside. This is the Perfect Solution for 2 Families vacationing together. Guests do not have access to the St James Golf Club and courses. The nearby Oak Island Golf Club is open to the public as is the Carolina National Golf Club off of Hwy 211.
