The apartment had a fantastic location. It was across the street from the museum and walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. Check-in was super easy, and Nick and Kayla's were very responsive hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at the Gem on Congress! Access was easy with detailed instructions from the host. The condo was spotless, cute, and cozy. Perfect location to walk the city. Coffee steps across the street! Oh and it was a lovely surprise that the host had filtered water and ice cubes to fill a water bottle. Would both recommend and return.

It was a great stay! Couple of kinks that came along the way but the owners are so attentive and respond with solutions very quick. The space was so great for the location and we loved our stay!

Centrally located and easy to find. We were there for a performance at the State Theatre and the place was about as close as you can get.

Great Location

The property was perfect—very well stocked and a great location. Easy to walk to fun shopping and delicious dining and coffee within walking distance. Loved our visit to Portland, and this property and Nick and Kayla, the hosts, made it very easy.

Truly a Gem

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect and very walkable or Uber easy pick up. The unit was modern and clean in a cool historic building. Must see tip: sunset at Bayside Bowling Rooftop bar!

Perfect girls trip spot!

My friends and I had a great stay at Nick & Kayla’s place! It was an ideal location, easy check in process and even with some weather issues the hosts were very accommodating. The off street parking was a huge plus. Would recommend!

Gem on Congress

Fantastic place to have a home base while exploring the city. Steps away from some great restaurants and sites in Portland. Will be staying here on our next visit!

Very nice, sunny/light filled place to stay. Easy to walk to Old Port shops and restaurants. We would go back again.

Lovely base from which to see Portland and surrounding area

Everything matched the description and photos. We had a lovely stay and much of it was walkable from the unit. Our dog enjoyed it also. Highly recommended.

Visit with Family

The perfect location and perfect place to stay in Portland. Minutes from our family, made getting together so easy. So many fun places nearby, walking for sure, State Theater, one Longfellow, restaurants, shopping and so much more. We look forward to our next visit and will stay again if the property is available. The place was so clean and well put together with all the home touches. Nick and Kayla were very welcoming. Great place to stay...
