Lavender & Lemon is a warm and comfortable home. You will be able to have peace and quiet on the porch where you can enjoy your coffee, breakfast, lunch or Dinner. If you’re peaceful you may see the local wildlife in the early morning or late evening. You are within walking distance to the ocean. You can also take a short drive to Erica’s Seafood for a local and extremely fresh lunch or dinner and then visit Pammy’s Ice Cream Parlor for a sweet treat. Harpswell is a remote fishing community so please bring your bike, kyak or canoe and enjoy the sites! There are no high intensity or destructive parties permitted on this property. This violation with be met with police presence and fines. Thank you for your cooperation. The safety of the home, guest and community are imperative. This property is pet friendly. There are fees associated with having pets in the home, so please be sure to disclose such pets so my cleaning staff can be compensated for extra cleaning services associated with your pets stay. This is very important so the quality of this home is cared for appropriately by my incredible cleaning staff. Thank you so much.

Great location, great price and the house set up was perfect for our needs. Would absolutely stay here again. The Dolphin Restaurant at the end of the road was the best for dinner.

Immaculately clean and comfortable. The house is well stocked with basic provisions---TP, coffee, condiments, etc. Easy communications with host (who is gracious and accommodating).The setting is secluded and quiet. Lovely. Book in mid-July, and you'll have a bumper crop of blackberries to pick from bushes on the property.

Impeccably maintained and beautifully decorated down to the last detail. The property was well-stocked with everything we needed—our only regret was staying for just one night!

The location was beautiful. The house is nestled among the trees with a beautiful lawn both front and back. The decor of the home is so interesting with many antiques. There was a great deal of information provided about things to do in the area. It was a completely relaxing vacation and we were able to enjoy both Orrs Island and Bailey Island with limited driving

Would have been much mire comfortable if there had been air conditioning. 2 nights it was 90 plus so uncom7to sleep.Otherwise the house was beautiful, clean, pantry was stocked. Communication with host was excellent

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately, an air conditioner wasn’t in the books for this year, but the hope is to have one installed for next year. A lot of the rentals in Harpswell don’t have them, but I think it would definitely be helpful since we are having much hotter summers than usual on the coast. I hope you have safe adventures from here on forward and thank you for coming to stay at Lavender and Lemon Vrbo in Harpswell.

The house has 3 large bedrooms and a large backyard. It is private without being secluded. We were glad that we could bring our dogs! The house had everything we needed and a lot of extras. Full kitchen with everything needed to cook, etc. very clean as well. We visited several beaches in Harpswell. They are mostly rocky, with some sandy areas so my granddaughter could dig. Also some nice hikes close by. The area is beautiful.

This was one of the best VRBO's that we have stayed at. It was beautifully decorated with lots of amenities. We were centrally located to all of the areas we were visiting. We had a great time.

I am a Harpswell Native and I grew up lobstering with my mother on her boat as a child. I also spent much time with my father doing some construction work and he is now the town road commissioner and beloved by the locals. Harpswell will always be home though I currently live in VT. I’ll be back to stay someday.

I recently inherited this home after losing one of the most important people in my life. A lot of LOVE, Passion, heartbreak and Soul searching went into this home that she loved so much. Lavender being her favorite smell and Lemon her favorite flavor. It’s all in loving memory of one the strongest women I’ve ever known and loved.

This property is quiet and serene. It shares space with peaceful animals, birds and you may meet Rascal who is very friendly and the local black lab that makes his rounds daily.
This property is within walking distance from the ocean or a short drive. There are also many hiking trails, seasonal restaurants and Pammy’s Ice Cream Parlor is a MUST visit!
When booking with Lavender & Lemon you can have the option to order local Lobsters from a local Lobsterman steamed, delivered to the door and ready to eat. Please inquire if interested in this service.
Harpswell is also a stunning backdrop for a wedding! The local wedding hub is right around the corner from this home. Live Well Farm is gorgeous! If you’re getting married, you can’t go wrong.
