Overall a great stay, really close to the beach. Has everything one would need for a beach vacation! The property is listed as pet friendly but property owner has stipulations and additional refundable deposit was required which isn't spelled out in the listing. Otherwise great stay!

Thanks for your feedback, Vicki. We truly strive to ensure our guests have a 5 star stay. We are sorry to hear that the refundable deposit wasn't as clear as it could have been. This property is dog friendly but only during the off season October through May. Some exceptions get made for summer bookings and that was the case here with your booking and why an additional refundable deposit was required. Glad you had a great stay!

We only stayed for one night, but it was still fantastic. Host was very nice and accommodating. The house is just as the pictures show. Beautiful place with a beautiful view. They also had just about anything you could possibly need right there, the thoughtfulness shows!

Had a great winter stay. House was super clean, well equipped, and had comfortable furniture. The location was perfect. A great ocean view from living room and then simply crossing the street for a walk on the beach.

Just as advertised. Short walk to the beach. Enjoyed the sunrise every day we were there. Convenient to everything from Portsmouth to Portland. Great property and very responsive owner!

We had a great time staying at this house. Looked like new inside, comfortable and clean beds. Just a few feet from the beach. We took many walks in the beach with our dogs and had such a wonderful visit. Everything we needed was available in the house. Highly suggest this rental for Old Orchard Beach Maine!

Perfect all around

We loved everything about our stay here. Perfect location right on Old Orchard Beach. The house is perfect for what we needed/wanted. Wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely come back for a longer stay next time we’re in Maine.

Weekend getaway

Christmas Time Getaway

We had a wonderful stay the weekend after Christmas. The home had absolutely everything we needed and was both comfortable and beautiful! Everything was clearly labeled and so easy settle in. Very close to the beach which was awesome to visit even in the winter!
