Pay attention to the directions given. The garage doors are not marked for obvious reasons. “Right across the street from the park” is what saved me from circling the block multiple times. Once you get into the garage, up the elevator, and into the courtyard the overall aesthetic is quite charming.

Good set up for a smaller group. Close to the Amphitheatre even if carrying chairs or blankets. Basic kitchen set up with spices available. Nice views with the balconies.

There is absolutely no outside entrance into the property other than the garage door in the underground garage. If you are in a car, this is fine. If you are walking it is unacceptable.

To clarify for future guests, access to the building is through the secured underground parking garage, which is the standard entrance for this property. I’ve stayed at dozens of rentals in Dillon. This was by far the best. The place had everything we needed and more. I go to Dillon 3 to 4 times a year and this is the unit to rent for a great ski weekend.

Perfect small group ski trip

We snowboarded Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail, but this is a great spot for any of the Summit county ski resorts. Clean, comfortable, with a cool view of the park.

This is probably the nicest place I've ever stayed in Summit County. Modern, clean, nice layout at a great location - with covered parking to boot. Do not underestimate the value of covered parking to avoid the time and misery of scraping off and warming up your car on a frigid, snowy morning when you're just itching to get to the lift ahead of the crowd. This place has enclosed, secure, underground parking - what a luxury! Upstairs suite is spacious, comfortable & well appointed - worth the walk up. Downstairs room and connected bath also very nice. Views of the adjoining park/ballfield/ playground are also charming for watching dog-walkers, families, joggers and activities against the mountain backdrop. Seems like the owners care about the place and the guests who are staying there. All Good!

Great central location

Great location. Nice two bedroom two bath. Loved the garage to be able to thaw out after a cold winter day. It would have been nice if the elevator had worked but other than that great stay.
