Enjoy our fully renovated beachfront property and private pool! Onsite caretaker will greet you when you arrive and take care of anything you may need during your stay. Daily maid service is provided, our housekeeper will arrive every morning at a time that is convenient for you. Open concept, beautiful, comfortable living/dining, fully updated. Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite has spectacular wrap around views of the ocean. The VIP room has two queen beds and ensuite. The Guest Room has two full size beds. The upper deck overlooking the beach/ocean is a perfect spot to view the sunrise. It is equipped with a bar-b-q and dining for 10. The view is breathtaking and will become one of your favorite places on earth. There are two homes on our property that you can rent together, allowing for a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Lounge by the pool or sit under the Chiki hut right on the sand. Take the kayaks to Petit Cay, nap on the hammock, play ping pong, and walk along the shore. We love GHC for its remoteness. Exploring the Berry Cays is my favorite thing to do, fishing and diving also, quality family and friends time is the best.

Our property is unique because it is the only home on the island with a PRIVATE fresh water pool! There are two homes on the property that you can rent together, with a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Also our caretaker and housekeeper live on the property, and will provide assistance and daily housekeeping.
