Red Rock View is the perfect condo for family and friend getaways! This 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath comfortably sleeps 12 guests; however, it can sleep up to 20 guests with the assistance of a king air mattress, 4 twin foam mats, and 1 full foam mat. Mornings will quickly become your favorite time of day at Red Rock View, as you sip a hot cup of coffee and watch the desert sun rise up over the mountains on the patio. After a quiet morning alone, head out on a quick adventure! Multiple National and State parks are a short drive away, or Downtown St. George is always a great place to shop and have lunch. Come back to Red Rock View for the afternoon and lounge poolside under the palms at one of the outdoor pools. The kids will love being able to swim, splash around in the splash pad, and play many outdoor games offered by Las Palmas; you might not get them to come back inside! Wrap up the day barbequing on the back patio, enjoying each other's company, and watching the sun set over town. So good

Would stay here again! Only complaint is the water pressure. Can only have 1 bath or shower at a time. Besides that it was great! Please fix the water pressure issue and this place would be perfect.

Great condo for family gaethering

We had our family Thanksgiving here and it was great. Plenty of room and plenty of everything we needed. Highly recommend. Great views too.

This property was exceptional from the spaciousness, cleanliness, updated (not broken down) furnishings, the incredible view off of the balcony and through the windows, and the proximity to the pools and fitness centers!

Nicest Las Palmas condo I’ve stayed in so far

Las Palmas is always awesome. This condo was the best we’ve stayed in and we stay a few times a year. The only thing is the hot water heater is not large enough for the condo capacity. And it needs new toilets. Otherwise it was perfect.

Excellent stay

This was a very nice unit, that accommodated our entire family. It was clean upon arrival and has a lot of fun activities within walking distance. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to keep your family together and enjoy each others company.

Wonderful property

We loved this house - especially the balcony with the table and porch swing. It was clean and the beds were really soft. We will definitly stay here again!

Spacious and fun with beautiful views!

This place is much bigger than the pictures make it look. It was wonderful for our family to spend Christmas! The views out all the windows are breathtaking! The facilities were fun with indoor and outdoor heated pools, giant chess board, pickleball courts, playground, and nearby rollerskating rink! The owners/managers were quick to respond to our requests and there were no problems with Check in and check out.. The kitchen had all the basic necessities and lots of extras. Plenty of extra bedding in case people need to sleep on the floor. This place would be super fun in the summer! Highly recommended!!

Exceeded expectations both in accommodation and service !

Our mini family reunion from East coast guests and West coast was a great success. The Redsands agency was very informative and helpful whenever we contacted them. I would highly recommend using this agency whenever in the St. George area.

Great Condo

The place was very spacious and clean, and provided all we would need for toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc. The check in process was an easy self check in. Overall I thought the place was great! Only downside was we did not have access to as many outdoor activities as the posting stated due to a note at the condo saying they no longer associated with the other condo complex that had these things. Other than that a great place!

Great family unit

Beautiful place, very spacious and easy to use. Also loved the location and the view. Very minor possible adjustments: kitchen faucet falls off, kitchen drain leaked (which I fixed), dishwasher does not clean dishes and install mounts are broken, many items missing from kitchen (mugs, plates, cutlery etc). Over all , we loved our stay. Would come back and would definitely recommend to others.

Spacious with beautiful views

Our group of 11 stayed for 4 nights. This place was perfect for us. Very spacious, well stocked, great amenities, and gorgeous views from balcony. The kitchen/living room/dining room was awesome because it was wide open which helped with our big group. Loved sitting on balcony and relaxing. Three pools on site with one pretty close to our location. It was great to have so many pool towels as well. We visited Zion a couple days and it was about an hours drive and we visited Bryce Canyon one day which was about a 2 hour drive. Only had one issue with maintenance (water from the unit above us) when we arrived but they were fast to respond. Also make sure you shut the front door hard because it doesn’t catch very easy on the lock. We would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! WE did leave a suggestion to leave more toilet paper for a 4 day stay and we were going to help the cleaning service out but there was not enough laundry soap also it would have been nice to have some clorox or something to really clean the towels... It was a great stay however!

Awesome place

The unit was beautiful, and views were gorgeous. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and eat our meals. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Our grandkids enjoyed the pools and water slides and gym.The location was close to everything The communication from property management was excellent. Our family had a lovely long weekend.

Room for everyone!

The Condo was so large and equipped. We had a great time! The kids loved the pool. There is a few house keeping issues we came across. There was a burrito left in the oven, used tissues under the master bedroom. I had to clean the front door because it was filthy and I couldn't look at it anymore. The bathtub jets need to be clean at least monthly to avoid the mold that shot out during the bath. Thank you!
