This location was great, near a good amount of things in town and The beach The house was perfect and comfortable for our group of 11 with everything we needed from cooking to everyone having their own rooms. Thank you for hosting!

Open and clean kitchen, rooms were clean, outside areas were neat and clean. Overall perfect house for a getaway.

The House was Perfect for our FamilyCheck-in was seamless, there wasn't anything we were in need of, everything that was needed was there. Plenty of linens and towels. The jacuzzi was well kept and the heater in the seating area near the jacuzzi was great for warming up while sitting in the area. Our family had a great time while staying here, appreciate the management team for being there if anything was needed.

Family Trip

Great location and perfect space for our extended family gathering. Highlights were the hot tub, patio/grill area, and open kitchen/living area.

Our stay

The house is very spacious and beautiful. We were wowed by how big the rooms are, clean and super comfortable pillows! Property management was beyond excellent!

Family Wedding

Was a wonderful family reunion for our nephew's wedding & our 49th anniversary! We were very appreciative that you agreed to allow us to host a family dinner prior to the event. Also, very grateful for a late check out since our return flight wasn't until 6:00

We had a wonderful time. The property was large and we could spread out. We like to fix meals to save money. The kitchen had most of the tools needed. However, I suggest anyone who cooks to bring kitchen towels, rags, sponges and scrubbers etc. I could’ve used bath towels but I didn’t want to ruin them. They provided paper towels but they just don’t do the trick when cleaning up a kitchen. There was plenty of dish soap and dishwasher detergent. We had to buy trash can liners. We took out the trash as instructed but there were no liners to replace those we took out with the trash. Also, getting the hot tub cover off was very difficult. A lift bar to help the process would be nice and it would also extend the life of the cover. Big picture, we had a wonderful time. But, a few items would’ve made it fabulous.

Perfect Spot

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful or smoother stay. The property management was great with all of my questions leading up to the trip. Although there was a lot of snow, the roads were clear, and we were able to slide in. Check in with smooth and easy, even though we arrived late in the day. There was plenty of room for our two families. The hot tub was fantastic, the neighborhood was peaceful, the hiking trails were great, and the location was ideal- Right between the lake and the ski resort. Everyone had a great time. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Tahoe Vacation

We loved our stay and want to come back again! Lots of room for my family & friends! Beds for everyone and TVs in most of the rooms. It was a nice touch to have a Sony PlayStation 5 and Disney+ for the kids. So great to have a hot tub with outdoor heaters on the covered patio. The steam shower in the master suite was a nice surprise and the main bedroom was spacious like a hotel room. There’s a room downstairs that’s like its own suite with a mini kitchen and table. How great was it that we could walk out the front door right across the street to an awesome regional park with an easy walking path. The drive is easy to the local grocery store and restaurants right along the lake. We headed to Truckee for a day of shopping and stopped along the way to check out North Star Ski resort. The shuttle to North Star stops at the end of the street at Highway 267. The check-in process was easy, with lot’s of communication along the way. Great place!

We had a great time. Very spacious and clean. Very convenient with stores and the beach right down the street. Loved that they had beach chairs available to use as well.
