The Serenity Studio at Tamarron Resort (Lodge #109) is our studio condo with full kitchen, conveniently located near the resort amenities including heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. It is 10 min to the ski resort and 20 min to downtown Durango. Wifi speeds are 100+ mbps. The Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course is a private golf course located at Tamarron Resort. As a guest staying at Tamarron, you'll have the privilege of playing the course at the Tamarron rate — a great perk of your stay! Details to book your tee time will be provided in your rental instructions.

Nicely updated with a full kitchen including stove/oven, full sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The updated bathroom has a shower with modern accents. The condo also features a comfortable queen bed, sleeper futon, large flat-screen TV, lots of storage options and great views! The dining table seats four people and there is also seating at the bar. You can view the TV from both the bed and the sofa.

For those traveling with a larger group, Unit 109 connects directly to Unit 110 through two individually lockable doors, offering flexibility and privacy when you need both.

ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE: These amenities are included with your reservation: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, playground. These amenities are available, but with an extra fee on a pay-per-use basis: golf at private course at the Tamarron rate, tennis, pickleball, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to Purgatory on weekends during ski season only - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

VRC CANCELLATION POLICY: At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. When booking directly with Vacation Rental Collective, Vacation Rental Collective offers a Moderate Cancellation Policy for this Property: A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in. If you booked on a third party site (VRBO, Airbnb, etc), your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.
