good location, great place to stay, very comfortable, only complaint is if you plan on cooking in as we do bring everything you need, no spices and very little dish soap..

Nice stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice studio. Bath and shower really nice. Bed a bit stiff, but liked the king size Murphy.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. That is a brand new mattress in this condo, so I think it is likely just a matter of preference, since sleep comfort is so subjective. We hope to host you again soon at a Vacation Rental Collective property!

Nice, updated studio

Liked that the Murphy bed could be put away during the day so the space seemed larger. Nice to have a full refrigerator!

Nice Unit on the 1st Floor!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is nice and has a well appointed little kitchen; the Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. The 1st floor can be accessed through a door under the covered parking, making it very convenient to access during your stay. It is however over the Cliffside deck, so in the warmer months you may need to keep your windows closed as sound travels both directions. The bonus in this unit, is a washer/dryer combo for small loads!

Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed review! We're so glad you enjoyed the unit, especially the well-appointed kitchen, convenient access, and the comfort of the Murphy bed. Great point about the Cliffside deck—sound can definitely travel, and we appreciate you sharing that for future guests. We're also happy to hear the washer/dryer combo was a helpful bonus. We hope to welcome you back again soon!
