Basecamp for Your Mountain Adventure

Completely remodeled Ski & Golf fully furnished studio condo at Tamarron Lodge. One king bed and sofa bed, updated bath and mini kitchen. Spectacular view of golf course & mountains. Renters have access to Glacier facilities.
The space
The studio condo sleeps up to 4 people comfortably with one king size bed and one queen size sleeper sofa. Completely remodeled with updated bath, flooring, furnishings, linens and more. The mini kitchen includes updated appliances (apartment size frig, 2 burner stove, microwave, dish washer, basic cookware and eating utensils.
Guest access
Arrival at this rental unit begins with convenient 24-hour check-in at the Lodge front desk, then an elevator ride to the 3rd Floor condo. This unit provides spectacular views of the golf course and the surrounding mountains. A private parking lot is located near the lobby entrance. Oversized trailer / vehicle is available of a first come basis. This can be reserved when you confirm your reservation. EV charging is also available using major credit cards
Other things to note
Guest services area includes coin laundry (located on each floor - credit card $1.75 per wash and $1.50 per dry), vending machines (located on each floor), and ice machine (2nd floor)

Gorgeous mountain view! Beautiful property with access to pool, workout gym and classes plus great restaurant with friendly staff. Tina (host) was a great host and quick at communicating with. The place was excellent at cleanliness! Will definitely be back!

Always a pleasure to stay here. It is even great for long term stays. We love the resort ammenities and its proximity to 4x4 trails near Silverton and town activities in Durango. It's just lovely. It's also cooler than in Durango as it's over 1000 feet higher in elevation. The unit is nicely stocked and has a kitchen that's great, even for long term stays. Host is excellent.

Stayed 1 night in August The condo is way better in person. The pictures really don't do it justice. Very comfortable for 2. The condo does have an adjoining door to the next room which is locked but allows you to hear the people in the room next to you when they are in that area. Not a big deal, but don't be surprised. Restaurant on the property was really good. The pool and gym area on the property were really nice also. The views from the condo are amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at Tamarron, the condo was clean and well stocked and the view was amazing!! The onsite restaurants were also very good and even had live music one night!! The host took care of an issue with a Kierug that didn’t work properly.

We come every winter break for a few days to Tamarron. We ski at Purgatory during the days and in the evenings we enjoy the pool and hot tub. It’s a great fit for our family with two kids.

Great visit!

Very clean room with all we needed. Room is a studio but set up to feel very spacious. Beautiful location with close proximity to skiing and many outdoor activities. Amenities also were great!

Great, affordable condo!

The unit was clean, well furnished and kitchen well stocked with utensils/appliances. We have stayed in the same complex before and preferred this unit. Check in is seamless and host was very responsive/helpful! Will rebook in the future!

Very Nice Room - Nice Resort

Tina's property is a unit within a larger building. The building is located within a golf resort and has a nice view of the mountains out the window. Both the unit and the resort itself are very clean and quiet. The pools (indoor and outdoor) were great, especially swimming at dusk with the mountains in the background. It was a great stay and definitely makes me wish I'd stayed for a longer period of time.

Great place

We loved the hot tub and the kids loved the in door out door pools. Gave them something to do after a long day of skiing. Not a far drive to the ski slopes! Only issue we had was our keys not working. We would have to get them to reset the keys almost everyday. Other than that; a wonderful place to stay.

Fancy Livin’ in the Four Corners

Tina’s place is a new go to for me in Durango. From the amenities to the town not but 20 min away every moment was a treat.I personally gained 10 lbs just from the remarkable food at the resort.If you need a taste of the high life this is an amazing opportunity. Side note: you are not considered a guest of the resort to the front desk staff (they aren’t exactly helpful) So if you’re a bit of a MacGyver you can find your way around and what you need quickly. 10/10

Access was a problem

The key never worked. I had to go back to the check in desk and get a new key every time I needed to get into the unit. The woman at the front desk was rude and never apologized for my trouble and was not very friendly

We love Tamarron Lodge and this unit has been the best so far. We stayed 36 nights and found it to be all we needed. The kitchen has been remodeled and even includes a dishwasher. We cooked almost all of our meals in this unit and found it very easy to do so with such a well stocked kitchen. It even has a rice cooker! The host even includes some Kcups, sugar, and little creamers. The bed is comfy. There's more than ample lighting. There's ample enough storage space even for a long stay. The cabinets even have chargers (USB, standard plug, and magnetic) which is so convenient. This unit has it's own secured Wi-Fi. The dining table is no longer the round one but a nice compact rectangle which fits the room nicely. No need to pack shampoo, conditioner, and body soap as the host has one of those fancy dispensers in the shower. The bathroom has also been remodeled and is quite nice. The refrigerator is apartment sized which was fine with us. The air conditioner cooled things down quickly. The host was fantastic. We have already booked for next year. Tamarron Lodge has great amenities such as laundry rooms, ice machines, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, outdoor jacuzzi (HOT), several restaurants, golf courses, wonderful views, a playground, gym, great location (close to Durango and for us, close by 4x4 roads and exploration around Silverton), and easy parking.

My name is Tina Rubin, and I own this condo unit with my husband, Bob. We purchased our unit in 2019 after we retired from Finance positions in Central Illinois. We love to snow ski and the proximity to Purgatory was our motivation. We have since fallen in love with the Durango area. We really enjoy exploring the downtown area and sampling the food at the wide variety of locally-owned restaurants.
We are looking forward to spending more time in Durango during warm weather so we can enjoy golfing, hiking, rafting and all the other summertime activities.

Our resort is located between Durango (20min) and Purgatory (10min) so we can enjoy the mountain scenery yet be close enough to Durango to shop and dine. The golf course and mountain views from our unit are genuinely spectacular. We are never bored with the many amenities offered at our resort such as the gym, instructor-led classes, heated pools, and the hot tub. We enjoy the convenience of having two onsite restaurants. There are also seasonal activities such as cross country skiing, fat tire e-bike rentals, snowshoeing, golf,, and tennis.
