We had such a great stay at this cottage! It was cozy, comfortable, and really felt like a home away from home. We loved the location and being able to enjoy Charlestown and the surrounding area.We also really appreciated how understanding and accommodating the host was when the weather caused us to delay our arrival. She was so kind, flexible, and easy to communicate with throughout everything. It made a stressful situation so much easier, and we really appreciated her working with us.We had a wonderful vacation and honestly didn’t want to leave! We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

It was our 3rd time there and we still love it. The AC splitters are a nice addition. Location is perfect in a quiet little neighborhood right across from Green Hill Pond. Kayak in the morning and hit the beach in the afternoon. Nice having a beach pass for the town beaches. We'll be back!

Excellent location

Perfect location, beautiful view. Perfect property for our relaxing family vacation. My kids loved the walkable kiddie beach and direct pond access area. The half screened in porch was ideal. The included town beach parking pass is fantastic.

Charlestown Vacation

Anita’s place was great. Beautiful views and a great location. Close to beaches, restaurants, ice cream, coffee and smaller shops. I was with my wife, two daughters and two dogs. We’d come back in a minute!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The screened-in porch was a definite highlight. When we managed to pull ourselves away from the great views, we loved how close the beach and nearby attractions were. Anita was incredibly responsive and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience!

Tidy house. Great location. Responsive owner. Would give 5 stars but the carpets and couch were stained and the mattress cover was dirty.

Loved our time at this property. Will return again next summer.

I can’t decide what about this property is my favorite but time spent with my small family on the screened in porch was at the top of the list. We loved it!!

Fantastic views all around!

The cottage is lovely - Views of the water, close to all amenities, the stay couldn't have been better. If you have canoe or kayak, the access across the street is wonderful! Thank you Anita for sharing your home!

Bright airy cottage

The cottage has a large screened porch that looks out across the street to Green Hill Pond. It is a great spot for morning coffee or to enjoy a peaceful evening.

Lovely.

East to find, easy to get in, easy place to stay. Wonderful view of pond from deck, screened porch, and living room. Comfortable house furnished with everything I needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location & view

The screened porch makes this cottage! Along with the view! Quiet neighborhood. Cute cottage with brand new bath & updated kitchen. Plenty of seating indoors & outside. So many beaches close by - and more about 15 or 20 minutes away. Would stay here again!
