This place was a gem! We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, the cottage was pristine and well maintained, and communication with the owners was great. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Beach Cottage

We have been going to Quonnie for 20 years and this was our best vacation yet. Perfect location. Perfect cottage. The pictures do not in fact do it justice.

Lovely Beach Cottage

Home is a lovely cottage with all the amenities. Wonderful neighborhood for kids & walk out the front door to the beach. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Location

We had a great vacation staying at this beach house. The very short and convenient walk to the beach was great for our family with 3 young children. We enjoyed the playground that was also a short walk up the street. Highly recommend.

Wonderful beach cottage and neighborhood

Property was great and neighborhood was lovely with very easy access to beautiful beach which was not crowded and very peaceful. Overall, wonderful experience and would love to return.

Location is perfect. Walk to private beach. House is wonderful & well equipped. Manager and owner are very helpful, Would love to return for 2 weeks next year

Sweet cottage on the beach

Nice to stay in one of the original beach cottages of Quonnie. There are so few left! Steps from the beach with ocean views and everything you need for a great beach getaway.

Beautiful Beach House

We had a lovely family vacation at this gorgeous beach house. Location was perfect- views of the beach, a one minute walk to have toes in the sand, ocean breeze all night. Could use another blanket on those cool nights, though! Made for a lovely vacation.

Great rental, well equipped kitchen

My husband and I as well as our extended family gathered to celebrate our daughter’s 30 birthday. The cottage was a great location, nice neighborhood, and good beach access. Kitchen is well equipped and decor very nice. Overall, a good experience.

Beautiful, well appointed home close to beach.

This is a lovely home, wonderfully equipped with appliances and details, very close to the beach. We loved the proximity so members of our family could come and go from the beach as they desired. House left no detail uncovered from appliances to martini shaker. Wonderful place to stay. Afternoon cocktails on the upper deck overlooking the ocean a joy.

Wonderful week in a well kept cottage ideally situated for the beach

We had a great week in Quonnie at this well maintained cottage close to the beach. Was perfect for our three young grandchildren who had almost as much fun playing in the rock-filled backyard as they did at the easily accessed Quonnie beach. Master bedroom was spacious with a lovely outdoor patio. Other two upstairs bedrooms were smaller and cottage-like but very functional. Living room and kitchen areas were large and airy. We never used the basement bedroom but it appear to be quite comfortable if needed for a larger crowd. The only slight inconvenience was the lack of a bathroom/toilet facility on the main floor. Other than that, we loved the place, its location and its character. Hoping to come back and do it again next year.
