TONS of space for entertaining and your comfort! PRIVACY CURTAINS all throughout the house AND PRIVACY CURTAINS in the HOT TUB AREA for your convenience. Outdoor grill, fire pit and corn hole are there for all guests to fully enjoy!! Wireless internet is fully provided along with TWO work spaces for your needed office work. This home is only MINUTES from TEXAS TECH, LUBBOCK CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY, all hospitals, shopping and restaurants. This QUIET neighborhood is well suited to give our guests all the privacy they need, without any of the loud noisy events and parties that are normally associated with may other places. BEST RENTAL EVER!

We were in town for graduations. This host goes above and beyond to make the place feel like home. I’ve never been in a rental that supplied so many things! I didn’t have to go to the grocery store my first day, which is unheard of. We were so comfortable & overly pleased with our stay. Host is very responsive to any messages & it’s more than worth the money!

Great place for family gathering

Lovely home with amazing hosts. We had multiple families come together and there was space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked (double ovens!) and there were lots of places to hang out, eat, and play games. The hot tub was an added bonus on a cold Lubbock weekend. The hosts were the real gem, though. Fast to respond and preemptively reached out to welcome us. They even left pizza coupons!! I mean, pure perfection. Loved this place and would happily stay there again.

Nice Place for Large Group

My daughter and I, along with two other families, needed a place to stay in Lubbock that would allow us to hang out with a friend and her baby who recently moved there, and since hotels aren’t good for that, we chose a home through VRBO.

Perfect in every way!

We stay at a lot of VRBO all over. We always have a good experience and I have to say i could not wait to review this stay because it s so exceptional!! Clean clean clean! The house is so perfectly situated for groups or large families with 4 big bedrooms and large living areas, including an incredible backyard with hot tub and hang out space with shade! It was 100 plus temps but it never felt like it! The kitchen was so well equipped and the mac n cheese cabinet sent me over the edge!! So so so well thought out. Snack basket and coffee, as well as small touches of things you don’t even consider until you need it! Patrick was super responsive and welcoming and we truly appreciate all the extra touches! We will 100% be back every single time we are in Lubbock! Perfect in every way!!

I enjoy journaling, reading, snow skiing, jet skiing, lifting weights, running and competition sports shooting.

This neighborhood is WELL established with tons of fully matured trees, well established neighbors that are perfectly respectful and courteous towards each other. This neighborhood is full of restaurants, retail shopping, medical and only minutes to Texas Tech and Lubbock Christian University.

We have privacy curtains throughout the house. Our back patio has a full size hot tub outdoor furniture AND privacy curtains that fully surround the pack patio area. In our grass area we have our fire pit with weather resistant chairs, outdoor grill and plenty of room to set up the corn hole game.
