Backyard with fire pit was awesome to hang around during the nice fall weather! Location is excellent and walkable to all things Tech Terrace has to offer.

Outstanding family home for a visit to Lubbock. Property was pet friendly and family friendly. Great response anf price. Very close to the campus.

Great, clean property in a good location, across the road from Wagner Park and walkable to J&B Coffee, a grocery shop, good pizza restaurant and other amenities. Great communication with Sandy, the property had everything we needed to make this a home from home

Great place to stay while traveling for my daugter's graduation from Texas Tech. My party of 6 had plenty of space to be comfortable. The backyard area was really nice too. Loved the firepit and seating area.

We were in town for a funeral and the host Sandra was very helpful and caring. The house is self was a good size for all my family members to get ready. We ended up having several of my family members that live in town come visit us and the outside area was perfect for sitting and reminiscing about our lost loved one. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well enough to cook for a large group.

Great Spot For A Family!

We stayed here on our way from Austin to New Mexico and it was great for our family of 6. The park was right across the street, there was a coffee shop a couple of blocks away, and it had plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!
