From this top floor beachfront condo, you can hear the waves rolling onto the beautiful white sand beaches just feet away. Schools of dolphins and flocks of pelicans are among the vibrant ecosystem you can appreciate from the balcony or beach. Our comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is tastefully furnished and equipped with all of the amenities you expect. Linens, bath towels, utensils and other essentials are provided so that you can just make yourself at home the moment you arrive. This condo has been renovated with wood planks throughout the condo, , granite countertops, a new king size bed in the master bedroom, new paint, and new draperies and bedspreads. Two of the bathrooms are renovated with marble showers. Besides the beach, only steps away from the building, you can enjoy the pool or nearby shopping, watersports, or miniature golf. Being close enough to the center of town allows easy access to some of the best restaurants on the beach. But you are far enough from the city so that its noise is never heard. This is OUR home-away-from-home, and we hope that you find as much pleasure as we do in its beauty and relaxation. Keywords: condo, beachfront, balcony

Family getaway

The property was updated, freshly painted and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and blankets. The view of the Gulf was perfect!

Amazing!! We loved the condo EVERYTHING!

Very easy to come and go, location, the condo was amazing for the 6 of us, my husband, my self, my 2 teenage daughters and parents, enough space having 3 bathrooms amazing, and having washer and dryer in the unit, and not to mention being right on the beautiful beach, we will be back!!

Fall break stay

Condo was clean with a welcoming feel, spacious bedrooms and spectacular views of the ocean and beach. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the location of the beachfront condo. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Great location

July 4th 2024 stay

We had a blast! The condo was amazing and right on the beach. We originally had a group of 8 and at the time of the trip only 6 of us made it. Although 6 people fit just right there was a pull out that we didn't end up using, so definitely enough places to sleep 8!

Great Vacation

This condo was just as described. Very clean and stocked appropriately. Access to the beach and pool were very easy and both were never over-crowded. My family really enjoyed our vacation!

Gulf shores trip

It was a great space with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Great lookout from the balcony. Only complaint for future reference nothing too bad, the dryer just took multiple times to get loads dry.

Gulf shores stay

The property had a great view was quiet there were a few minor problems with shower door that didn’t close hot water in middle bathroom was shut off but easily turn on but over all was nice

Great choice

We were so happy with this location. Everything with the room and check in was so organized and clean. The beach is so convenient and you're right in town close to whatever you want to do. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.

Great condo!

Excellent, central location very close to any activity you could ask for! Unlike a lot of other buildings with a really long walk to the beach, this is just a few steps, making it super convenient to go back and forth from the unit. Large bedrooms and closets with very comfortable beds. We would love to come back!

Last minute getaway

Nancy’s property was very clean, spacious, well appointed, easily accessible and a great location on the beach. Nancy was great in communicating and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Nancy and her property.

great condo

condo was very clean and was furnished very comfortably-my kids loved the twin beds and TV in their room. Cond owner was very nice and easy to work with. Condo building was quiet and well maintained. Will return for future visits.

Great condo

This condo was spacious for a family of 8. The location was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Short walk to the beach and the pizza place across the street was amazing! The building was older but the unit was nicely updated. Very fast elevator and plenty of parking. The living room furniture was worn and sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. Tv in every bedroom! The pool was small but luckily it wasn’t packed. I think there’s a hot tub listed under amenities but no hot tub. Overall a wonderful stay! This was our first time to Gulf Shores, we will definitely be back!

Perfect Location and Views!!

We absolutely loved the location and the two master suites! The balcony was our favorite morning and evening spot; it provided lots of space and fabulous views. Being on the top floor meant no footsteps above us, and the balcony was so private! We couldn’t see anyone else around us. I definitely recommend this condo! We were so close to our favorite restaurants and to Walmart. Nancy was very nice and easy to reach. We will definitely be back!

We bought a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo at Tropical Winds in 2006. After fixing it up, we enjoyed about 9 years there. Then we decided that we wanted a condo big enough to host friends and our grandchildren. I wanted to stay on the top floor because the view is so magnificent. Luckily, we found out that our sweet neighbors were planning on selling. So, in October of 2015, we sold our smaller unit and bought our new condo. We love being a corner unit so we can see sunrises in the east, as well as the blue gulf to the south and the west.
This condo, just like our last one, is truly our "home away from home." We tastefully decorate it with custom-made curtains, furnish it with everything we need to make it a comfortable home. However, that means that we are looking for guests who will treat our condo as if it were their own. Someone who will be gentle with granite counters, marble showers, and new cabinet doors. Someone who loves it as much as I do.

We chose to buy our vacation home at Tropical Winds in Gulf Shores because this area has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, with incomparable white 'sugar' sands. The nearly constant gulf breeze makes a day at the beach pleasant even on the hottest days and the water is a perfect temperature for recreation throughout the summer and fall. The broad expanse of beachfront at this building assures that you will not be crowded.
Our 32-unit condo building is kept clean and well maintained by very caring, friendly and attentive owners, so we feel like we are part of a community.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We spend most of our time relaxing and playing on the gulf beach. If we have our grandchild, we go to the zoo, waterpark, putt-putt, state park, or toy stores. There are many activities that you can pay for (like golf, boating or scuba diving).
Evenings are great! We love the food down here. I eat fresh seafood everyday, but my husband is a vegetarian and finds great offerings at any of my favorite restaurants. On rare occasions, we drive over to Orange Beach, Point Clear or Fairhope for a different atmosphere.
Everyday, rain or shine, is relaxing yet renewing. I treasure my time at the beach!
