John, we appreciate your feedback and review from your stay at Craft! It truly is a great pet friendly home and in a great location on the south end close to everything. The owner is planning for some major upgrades this offseason, possibly replacing the living room furniture and much more. Sharon, we are so sorry to hear you did not enjoy the Craft property during your visit to Wrightsville Beach. It is very important to us to advertise honestly and feel the photos demonstrate the home accurately as well as the description mentioning the home is an economical and classic 1940s home. Craft is loved by many return vacationers each year who appreciate the original Wrightsville cottages for that rustic charm. The owner is planning for some major upgrades this off season possibly replacing the living room furniture and much more. The lower unit just had all new flooring installed so if you enjoyed the location and coziness of the cottage, that may be an option for your next getaway. We will update the photos on the website once upgrades have been made to the upper unit so keep an eye out for those! Hope to see you back next time.

Sherry, We are sorry that you encountered some difficulties during your stay and sincerely wish you would have made us aware. Our maintenance and hospitality departments are on call 24/7 and could have quickly addressed your concerns. While our rentals do not include beach chairs as a standard amenity, some owner supply them, although this is not required. Since your departure we have added ice cube trays to the property and found both shower to be in good working order. We truly hope you enjoyed you time in Wrightsville and wish you the best!

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the property or location. Many people enjoy the convenience of the location and proximity to the Crystal pier. Perhaps contacting our office directly in the future would be advisable before booking a vacation rental. Our agents have a wonderful knowledge of our inventory and can direct you to a home tucked away on a side street with more privacy if this quality is important for the overall enjoyment of your stay. While we were unaware of any cleanliness issues during your stay, we apologize you were unhappy with the home.
