Bike to West King and Downtown, enjoy local eateries, and relax in your private outdoor space. Embrace the charm of St. Augustine living! Less than 5 mins to Flager Hospital, easy access to I-95 to travel north or south.
The space
Large, light filled space with a modern, open floor plan. Large Smart TV in living room and Smart TV in Primary Room, which has an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms have blackout shades for a cozy sleep.
Guest access
You can access the entire home and the large, beautiful property it sits on.

1. Visit the Historic District: Explore the charming cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and landmarks like Castillo de San Marcos, the oldest masonry fort in the continental United States.

Great spot

Adorable house. Well appointed. It was close to many things we wanted to do. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to relax or explore. Host was super responsive and friendly. We'd recommend it to anyone looking to visit St. Augustine.

Charming

Chic and modern, with added charm of St. Augustine. Stayed a week during Thanksgiving and had a lovely time. The home amenities had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay making our time a real vacation.

Wonderful Accommodations!

We loved the property- it’s bright, cheerful and very clean. One of the reasons we booked it was because a previous renter commented the mattresses were firm and it’s true - nice, comfy, firm mattresses!! The host/owners were super friendly and helpful- great response time when we had trouble figuring out the thermostat. Lovely place, highly recommend! Just an FYI - it’s not a walking area and is a short drive to attractions.

St. Augustine Vacation

The property is lovely, clean with everything that the host describes. We were in need of nothing. Host was very prompt and kind with response even on a holiday. Very close to historic St. Augustine. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

We had a perfect stay!

This is such a a cute home tucked away in an area that's pretty close to the old city. It was just a quick drive. The house was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything seemed brand new, too. The bathrooms were spotless and the beds were super comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we're coming to St Augustine.

Fully equipped for a nice stay.

Everything inside is there for a nice stay. New appliances, washer and dryer -- everything you might need. And a few little unexpected "extras" thrown in as well. Enjoy.

Charming Cottage

Very new cottage with upscale appliances and furnishings. Beds had new, firm mattresses. This was important as we are seniors with back issues. We had our dog with us and the large yard had grass and a chainlink fence on both sides. A big plus for us. High ceilings with lots of natural light. Only downside was that the city was too busy for us to find a place to park and eat. We used Door Dash and a delicious seafood dinner. We will be back at a different time of year.

Amazing Property

This house is amazing & the host is even more amazing. We came back from a cruise and this was the perfect space to separate and decompress. Close to everything, great parking and simply BEAUTIFUL. Thanks for giving us a wonderful experience & being so accommodating!
