It was a fantastic room with a *really fantastic* view. Located at the foot of the Bridge of Lions, a quick walk across the bridge to the historic district and then bang! Just a couple of blocks to St George Street. Really the best stay we’ve had in St Augustine and we’ve visited four times.

Fabulous location. We loved everything about it, decor, host, water views from the terrace. You could walk across the bridge to town and we had fun watching the boats go by. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this location! Absolutely beautiful views of the bridge and the downtown area over the water. We saw dolphins, sea turtles and even a manatee swim under the dock. Pet friendly and short walk over the Lions bridge into the charming downtown. Perfect spot to enjoy the sunset! Will be back!

We had a fantastic stay! The property offers beautiful views and is within easy walking distance of downtown. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the back porch and watching the boat traffic. A special bonus was the view of the Spanish fort, which is stunning when illuminated at night. The only minor drawback is that this is a first-floor unit, so noise from guests staying above can occasionally be heard. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and we would happily stay here again.

We were very pleased with the location of this property and the view right on the waterfront. Very easy to walk right across the Lions Bridge into town. The apt was very clean and comfortable. It was also awesome to be able to have our pup Gigi here and she thoroughly enjoyed herself A wonderful treat to stay here.Wells and Deb

My husband and I stayed at Bridge Tender during my Fall Break (I am a teacher). We were impressed from the moment we pulled up to the property. The home itself was beautiful and the view of the St. John's River and historic St. Augustine was breathtaking. It rained most of the time we were there, but we were very comfortable staying inside Bridge Tender. We will definitely be back!

The condo is in an ideal location to enjoy views of the bay and the historic district across the bay. It is also in the perfect location to enjoy sunsets across the bay. It is just a short walk across the bridge of lions to the historic district. We enjoyed the Nights of Lights during our stay and a phenomenal sunset and sunrise from the patio and deck. Thank you for your prompt response to our questions and concerns!

The property was beautiful and so was the location. The bed was really comfortable. My only complaint was that I reported issues with locking rhe doors and no one responded. It turned out that there were instructions on this but I had not seen them when I read the lost. I'd make it more prominent in those instructions. Also whomever had rented the upsatairs had dogs that constantly howled.

Reunion

Great beds, clean space, well supplied, good communication with mgmt when I had difficulty with lock box. Thank youI found the iron non functional and the ironing board broken, mgmt was advisedThe only other thing is to replace the remotes, they were missing backs and 2 weren’t functional. Nice vista, coffee on the covered patio.

Did not like how loud we heard the upstairs renters. When they walked around it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling

The location is fabulous. The apartment was spotless, nicely air conditioned and has lovely views of the water. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Be aware that upstairs also rents out so we had barking dogs during our visit. Also take bug spray as we were eaten alive on the balcony. This trip was meant to be for my husband and I, but our son had to have emergency surgery, and they would not let me bank a credit for the dates. I was able to go with my girlfriend but a little flexibility under the circumstances would have been really appreciated. For the price point, location and with these considerations in mind I would happily recommend this property to others.
