This beautiful two-story, five-bedroom, 5.5-bath oceanfront home comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests. The spacious kitchen, featuring a large island, offers the perfect gathering space without feeling overcrowded. Designed with an open floor plan, this home is ideal for bringing family and friends together.

The first floor features four well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and a mix of one or two queen beds per room. The master bedroom on this level boasts an ensuite with updated tile floor.

Upstairs, the master suite offers a luxurious retreat with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony—perfect for unwinding while admiring breathtaking views of the beach and evening sky. At the front of the house, a cozy loft with two twin beds and a small deck overlooks the property, creating a charming hideaway.

This home is packed with fantastic amenities, including a pool table, a brand-new couch in the living room, an ocean-view sitting area, and a spacious deck with updated patio furniture—ideal for sunbathing, savoring your morning coffee, or enjoying an evening drink while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean. A convenient outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off the sand before heading inside.

A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
