The neighborhood is fantastic with incredible restaurants right within walking distance, and the host was great from start to finish. The unit is a cozy basement apartment that is a bit lived-in, but the unbeatable location and hospitality made for a wonderful stay. We loved exploring DC from here!

The property was exactly as listed, a one bedroom downstairs apartment in downtown Washington DC. It was perfect for my husband and me. It was within walking distance of restaurants, groceries, coffee, shops, etc. we would definitely stay there again when returning to DC to visit.

The location is excellent and neighborhood is lovely. Frank is a great host and has anticipated every need. Super comfortable bed and quiet at night yet just a short walk to restaurants, cafes, etc. We had a wonderful stay!

There are top notch places and hosts then there is Frank and his place. Can not say enough how above and beyond Frank went for us before, during and after stay. Place was absolutely amazing. Top tier all day.

Frank was quite accommodating allowing early and late checkout because of our flight times. He was quick (within less than an hour) to any inquiries we had. Lots of towels and the bed was super comfy. We really appreciated the umbrellas since a person in our party forgot theirs at home.

We had a great stay! The beds were very comfortable and the location was walkable to a grocery store and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with appliances, utensils, and pots and pans so we could cook meals for our family. The host was easy to reach and very communicative. Highly recommend!

Wonderful private space in a great location. The ground floor apartment (English Basement) has a great bed, updated bathroom, kitchen, and living area to serve as a home base during your stay in DC. Everything we needed was available. Communication was great and we plan to stay again.

The host is fantastic. He responded immediately to every text and set up parking so we were able to park on the street for free. The bed was very comfortable and it was within walking distance of everything. I would stay here again.

Frank had great communication during every step of the way. The place was clean and had great amenities. This is a wonderful place if you are looking for somewhere place if you are looking for somewhere near the National Mall.

Great place to stay while in DC!

Everything was perfect…the accommodations, the location, the property manager, the price…we couldn’t have asked for anything more! We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to everyone!!

This was the most amazing place to stay. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to walk. There’s a Trader Joe’s close by also lots of great restaurants close by. It was clean, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Anything you might need while you’re here you have. Absolutely excellent I cannot wait to stay here again.

Our stay here was great. Fantastic neighborhood with lots of food options nearby. Metro was also a walkable distance. Very walkable and safe. The unit was clean and well stocked with all of the necessities. Frank was very responsive and willing to help us with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this property, we had great contact with the host, always answered our texts! Great location & close to night life. Apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable, loved our KING bed! Plenty of closet space to top it off! Plan on visiting again, Thank you Frank! :)

Cozy & Convenient!

Loved staying at this property! An under 10 minute walk to the Green Line station and many restaurants. Parking was easy to find and the owner was very helpful in getting the permit and the check-in / check-out process. 10/10 would definitely recommend staying here.
