The minute we walked in we were overcome with just a bad stench. That set the stage for our limited stay. The condo is very small and it’s not easy to maneuver around in and due to the hurricane we had to evacuate after spending 1 night there. In retrospect that was a blessing because I don’t think we could have stayed in that condo for a week. We also weren’t given our full refund and I had to spend an hour and a half with VRBO to get most of our refund. Vrbo is great and I highly recommend them.

Nice weekend

Nice weekend get away , great low key location not a lot of traffic is a plus. Room was clean & easy to get to the beach.

It was great!

The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, towel, everything we could need. My family had a grwt time! Note: the parking pass was 30, not 25.

Room was exactly as pictured. Chairs were available for beach use. Beach was a short walk as listed. Only 4 stars because we were traveling with a child and the balcony doors did not lock. Had we known we definitely would have booked a different condo for safety reasons. The WiFi was terrible. The dryer took 4 hours to dry clothes.

Why miss out on a potential repeat customer.

We have stayed at this facility many times and have always had an amazing experience. Up until now. The room was clean but the floors were not. They were very Sandy and we had to sweep them immediately when we got there. It would have been nice to have the floors mopped prior to our getting there or minimally vacuumed to get the sand off of the tile. Worse than that was the actual bed in our room. The mattress sunk in the middle causing me a backache for the entire trip. I immediately contacted the phone number sent to me on the email and was told that someone would take a look at it. Unfortunately no one ever did. Why even ask for feedback if no one is willing to fix the problem. Also there were two bulbs out in the kitchen and the end table light had a broken switch. Nothing major but made the room kind of dim at night.

We are sorry you did not enjoy the property as much as we had expected. We did speak multiple times during your stay and we were not aware of anything other than the bed issue. Unfortunately the warranty company for the mattress was not able to come out immediately during your stay, but upon checking out we did notice the box spring was broken right in the center and it was replaced that day. Sorry for the inconvenience this caused you.

Second time staying at the location. First time in this room. Very nice room. Pool and grounds were very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back. We love that the beaches aren't crowded and its not located in the middle of all the traffic and crowds.
