We also appreciate you bringing the other concerns to our attention, including the lack of hooks and luggage space, the misaligned doors, and the parking garage noise. Unfortunately, the garage clearance and odors from neighboring units are things that are more difficult for us to control, but we understand how frustrating they were, especially with young children in your group.
