We had a wonderful stay here at Ocean Villa! The unit is pretty clean and well put together. The TVs being newer and a decent size (vs most that are very dated and tiny) was a major bonus and selling point for us. Decorated nicely and felt cozy. Patio furniture could use an upgrade, but was fine overall. We have stayed in the condo building before and really enjoy it. Also comes with beach service, which is lovely. Definitely recommend and would stay in again!

Clean and easy to get to. The beach chairs included was a major bonus. The balcony is quite large and was nice to enjoy coffee there.

The condo was clean and nice. The beach view and beach accessories was great. The hot tub and pool area is also nice. Would definitely stay again.

We like this property very much. We learned on arrival that half of the parking in the building was not available due to painting. Had to park across the street. The Roku remote would not access the tv settings. The audio and the video presets could use some help. The beach chairs and umbrella were a big plus for us. The elevators worked great even with many guests. I was surprised that the unit had three coffee makers and no air fryer. The ice maker didn’t work. The Ice trays had leaks . None of these issues could keep us from having a great stay.

Our family enjoyed the stay. The pool, the hot tub the beachfront was excellent. But the bed needs to be upgraded. The bed is not comfortable and the bed frame is bigger than the mattress so I keep hitting my knees on the bed frame, and got bruises. We stayed for 8 days so yes I wish the bed will be a bit more better.

Location was great for our needs, less busy than the West end. Large balcony with spectacular view. Condo layout was good, comfortable beds, just could use a little updating.

The place was perfect, beautiful view, decor was georgous and the walk to the beach just a few minutes. I would recommend to anyone and hope when I come back to get the same condo. Thank you for the prompt action on getting a parking pass for us and we made amazing memories

Beautiful place

Loved staying here. The beach chairs were a big plus. We were also able to rent another set of chairs next to them. Awesome house. Very clean and AC was in well working order. The view from balcony was great to watch the sunsets over the water!!

Perfect beach vacation!

This condo exceeded expectations! It was exceptionally clean when we arrived we had no issues with finding the condo. The balcony view was my favorite part perfect for watching the sunset! I would definitely stay here again. We had 4 adults and 1 small child and it was plenty of room!

Super clean, great view

The view can't be beat. Great location. Parking across the street in the garage was easier than i thought it would be. Bridge over traffic was great and being able to go straight to Hutchison road and skip traffic on front beach road made going out really easy.

Beautiful beaches and sand dunes.

Apartment, beach, and surrounding were beautiful. However,there were too many donts, too many reminders. Main thing, bathrooms don’t have any bars and thus not safe. I’m wondering what cleaning service do you have since guests are reminded to do a lot of cleaning.

Maria, I am sorry if you expected handicap bars. Not all bathrooms have those as standard equipment and we certainly do not advertise having them - we would have been happy to answer any questions that you had prior to booking. The only cleaning that we ask you to do is take the garbage out and run the dishwasher which is the norm in most rentals. I am glad that you enjoyed the condo itself though!
