Ocean Villa is a 23 story high-rise with two parking levels under the building and a three story parking garage across the street with a covered walk over the road attaching the third floor. This condominium has a large curved balcony overlooking 200 feet of snow white beach.

We are located just 3 blocks from Pineapple Willy"s and only 1 block from Walmart.

We had a great stay here. Having the beach chairs and umbrella was a very nice inclusion. The condo was clean and the host responded very quickly the few times we had something to ask. A very good beachfront rental!

The condo itself was a little outdated but we had pleasant stay. However, after checkout, the host falsely accused our party of causing damage to linens and the mattress, despite us using a physical protective liner and having no accidents. When we politely asked for time-stamped photo evidence, the host admitted in writing they did not possess original time-stamped photos, turned hostile, and made highly unprofessional, insulting assumptions. Proceed with caution if you book here, as you may face groundless post-stay damage claims.

We ask our guests to simplya respect our property and leave the unit reasonably clean before you vacate. We do get hostile when a guest vacates the property and leaves urine stains on the bedding and towels and made no attempt to clean or even hide this mess. Then claimed that the stains were already present when they arrived and none of the 5 people used any of the towels for the 7 day stay. Yes please proceed with caution we do not want guests like this.

We had a great stay! Everything was very clean, the hosts were so gracious, and we had a wonderful week!! We would definitely recommend this condo and this host.

Great condo and great location

Loved the condo! Beds were comfy and the condo was spacious with a large balcony. Great location, it’s in short walking or driving distance of all of the popular restaurants.

Spectacular!

This condo was exactly as described and very clean! Loved every minute of our stay. Beds are comfy and kitchen has everything you would need. Love the balcony furniture also! Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Beach Front Vactation Property!

We greatly enjoyed this rental property for our beach vacation. The balcony overlooking the beach and the gulf was fabulous way to start and end the day. The unit was clean, nice and updated. We would definitely rent this property again.

Summer Vacation

We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental. Everything was very clean and there were no issues at all during our stay. We also love the location since it is within walking distance of Pineapple Willy’s.

Great place!

We absolutely loved this place! Comfortable, cozy rooms, easy access to the beach, all the cookware and utensils you could need (although a broiler pan would have been nice). My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our much needed vacation. Andrew was wonderful and helpful, responding quickly to my questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

Just another wonderful stay in PCB

One of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed at. Really enjoyed our time at Ocean Villa. Easy access to get on the road. Shipwreck ltd is right across the street and Surfstyle is right down the road. We enjoyed the little restaurant across the street that had amazing breakfast and coffee.

Perfect Accommodations

My husband and I took our 17 year old daughter and her friend to PCB for spring break. We had a great time! The condo was very clean and had everything you could need. We really enjoyed the two beach chairs and umbrella that were included. We loved the large balcony too!

Great condo !

Great location, beautiful views. Clean, updated. More towels would be nice but we washed some ourselves so it wasn’t a problem. Definitely will book again if available! Thank you ;)

Great unit!!

Owner was quick to respond to any question we had and took care of one minor problem. This unit is well kept which we appreciated very much. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this unit again.

JUST RELAX!!!!

Property was beautiful, very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, so clean it was like home away from home. And the view was absolutely Gorgeous! Love it, Spoiled Us, We will ask for it next year TOO!!!

The location is perfect.....Only steps from the beach and the condo is located on the 9th floor so you don't have to ride the elevator all day but still get the fantastic views.
