The Space:
The top level open plan design features a fully equipped kitchen with a sleek breakfast bar and a roomy dining table. The living room—centered around an inviting fireplace—offers a stylish space to relax after a day in the sun. The King primary suite, complete with an en-suite full bathroom, promises a peaceful night’s rest. A second Queen bedroom, shared bathroom with a shower, and laundry complete the top floor.

Descending to the lower level, you'll find two additional Queen bedrooms, each offering a cozy and comfortable retreat for guests. One of the bedrooms has a desk and chair, perfect for remote work. A relaxed TV den sets the scene for movie nights or board game fun after long summer days.

This uniquely-styled lake house is located in the Sleepy Hollow Lake community, offering close access to the beach, pool, marina, basketball/tennis courts, and parks. When the sun is high, take advantage of the community lake beach access and pool—ideal for cooling off or launching into water adventures. The pool, lake access, and beach are all located in the same area and it is walkable, at about 1.2 miles or it’s a 3-4 minute drive.

Note: This is an HOA community and additional documents are required to be completed upon booking.
You will have complete, private access to the home. The pool and lake access is shared with all guests and owners in the HOA.

Circle house is 2.5 hours from New York City, and you'll definitely want a car to get there and around the area.
In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.

Other Things to Note:
Cooling: The property is equipped with three mini-split units — one above the fridge upstairs, one in the primary bedroom upstairs, and one in the downstairs family room.
