Everything was as advertised, and then some. The place looks normal from the outside, but the inside is surprisingly spacious snd modern and well decorated and supplied. Everyone was very impressed with the place. Hope we can book it again in a couple of years.

We enjoyed our stay in Athens. Clean, welcoming and comfortable for 6 adults and 2 children. The kids loved the game room and the adults enjoyed the massage chair! We were there for a family wedding near Hudson and the location worked out well.The host communications were timely and thorough so entry and exit information was easy. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay for our time in upstate NY!

This host left many additional touches to make our stay pleasant - very much appreciated having water bottles in the refrigerator, special information notes, and excellent communication through the VRBO app. This house gets a 10 for cleanliness and was as advertised. We did not use any of the community amenities such as the pool, but the host had left pickle ball equipment as well as basketball and other items that are too bulky to bring on travel.

This home was absolutely incredible! The pictures honestly did not do it justice. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed everything was. It felt warm, inviting, and was the perfect place for our family getaway.The beds were some of the most comfortable we've slept in, and the showers were AMAZING—definitely a luxury we all appreciated!Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate during our stay, so we weren't able to enjoy the outdoor fire pit, but it just gives us another reason to come back. The game room was a huge hit with my nephews and kept them entertained for hours.Overall, our entire family loved our time here. The home was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We can't wait to return—hopefully with sunshine next time so we can enjoy all the outdoor amenities too. Highly recommend!

Family visit

The family was gathering for a memorial service for my aunt. We also used it as an opportunity to visit with family. We had an enjoyable visit at the VRBO it was wonderful.

Incredible Stay

Easy check in and out. Great space to gather with friends and family over a meal and then the game room. Clean, inviting, modern. Bathrooms were really nice. Great kitchen area with coffee options. Grill was awesome to use on a cool day. Access to 90's vibes lake beach and pool. Would visit again!!

Great Space and Very Welcoming

This space was incredible to walk in to. The space is really well decorated and designed to be the most welcoming to a lot of sleepers in the space. The game room plus the fire pit was our favorite part. Host was communicative quickly whenever messaged before, during, or after.

Best Holiday Weekend Family House

My family and I were looking for a place to stay near Leeds, NY where my cousin was getting married. There were 9 of us- including teenagers and young adults - so wanted to make sure the house could accommodate us all. The house more than exceeded our expectations.. the teenagers and young adults loved the game room and all of us loved the massage chair, and the spacious clean house. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay and would stay here again if visiting the area.

Perfect family vacation

Just returned from our family vacation and it was perfect. The house is as described in the listing - comfortable, clean, with everything you could want. There are several TVs throughout the house, a game room with pool table and video games, and a kitchen that had all you could ask for. The community pool was located a short drive from the house and was not overcrowded. The neighboring towns offered good shopping and a number of excellent restaurants. In the area were a number of very good playgrounds and a local animal farm that was perfect for our young grandkids.Communication with the host was excellent and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. If you are considering this home for your stay - GO FOR IT. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful reunion with our friends! The house was perfect for two families with five children. The kitchen had everything you needed to feel at home! Highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again if we're ever in the area!
